Still one of my favorite places to eat!Been gone from Sanger a year and just came back to Fresno to visit family. Hap to come here and eat because Mexican food isn't the same out in Georgia and nothing comes close for me! Velascos is the best!
So Velasco's is very popular in our little town of Sanger Ca. It's got allot of faithful patrons that frequent it. It is very popular with the after church crowd on Sundays. Been around for quite some time and is a locally owned business.So here is my humble scoop. It is relatively clean and kept up. The building itself is old, been around for more than 20 years and it shows. It is a little on the dark side as far as the lighting and feel of the place.The waitresses...
This place is great. We have never been disappointed with anything we have ordered. It is so good we try to make it a weekly habit. We prefer the one in Sanger to the one in Academy.
