This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I ordered the spicy seafood ramen to eat at the restaurant. It came in a plastic to go container. The ramen was instant ramen found at grocery stores for less than $1. It was so watered down, that you couldn’t taste anything (how does one mess up instant ramen…). The shrimp weren’t properly cleaned and were overcooked and had a rubbery texture. So disappointing to have to pay for food that was hardly edible..

I should have walked out the second I walked in because of the weird smell inside the restaurant. Just wanted to give this place a try. Highly regret.

First time here based on reviews and didn’t want to drive all the way up north to Matiki Hawaiian food so I came here instead. It’s very true about the portion sides. It’s actually enough for three maybe four people depending on hungry or I ordered the regular sized chicken, ribs and beef plate with rice, cabbage, and macaroni, and it was too much to eat. I threw away about a third of it. The meats were all overly sauced and a bit salty with sort of concerns me because this is how restaurants and grocery stores hide the fact that the meat is getting old or stale or whatever but they use lots of sodium and sauces to disguise the fact that the meat is going bad, but edible was too much of a mayonnaise paradise the rice was very good. The best part of the meal was actually the cabbage.

Loaded plates do not equate quality, I knew it was going to be unpleasant as soon as I saw the loaded amount. Truly when a place serves quality they won’t have to compensate with quantity. I ordered the simplest dish, short ribs with rice and mac, and let me tell you they’ve lost quality control or the cooks back there have zero interest in the one of the most skilled required traits, cooking and food preparation. I will never come back nor recommend Hawaiian fast food to any of my love ones. However I will recommend to individuals I dislike. And to the owner, you have staff that are giving your business a very bad reputation..

Our usual order was the BBQ chicken plate, the Katsu chicken plate, and the mini meal shrimp. We recently tried the family dinner, and it's everything we've previously ordered separately, but it's more food!
