Huge fan of Hawaiian food and this place has the goods. Only down factor is the customer service. The girl will be on her cell phone taking your order talking in Spanglish about personal matters. Things go south the moment you ask for additional sauce and she has to tell the person on the phone to hold on. Doubt she is the owner but if the owner would see this type of behavior he would show her the door. Haven't returned in months for the reason that the customer service is horrendous here.

There are several different Hawaiian BBQ , however if you have not ever tried the food at this place you are in huge luck. Prices are more than fair in todays world. The taste of there food is awesome to say the least, and for them to give you like 3 pounds of food .mostly beef, if that's your choice is even better. I been eating here and showing new friends here for over 10 yrs.

Wow. The food is awesome. I used to go to an L&L up in Pomona when I worked there that I really miss because it had such good food (just that one). Well I finally might have a replacement with this one. I got the mix combo meal and everything on it checked all the boxes for me. Their teriyaki sauce is perfect. I couldn't stop eating. I guess I'll have to fast all day tomorrow.

on date. March 29.2025. we drive from garden grove to this place reached at 0818 pm. they says they are closed. for the day. sign says open until 0830 pm. I requested lot. but they says they are closed for the day. they disappointed us. no good. customer service. no respect for customer. NO GOOD. WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.
Was pretty good, the beef was tender, and a lot of food for the price. But didn't sit in my stomach well.

2/25/2025 = 2 Star = Order seafood noodles, im not happy coz my soup is lonely , other food place has carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, string beans and mushrooms. Not recommended the seafood noodles soup. Will try again other menu next time.

I do love this place for the GREAT food, however I noticed that when I try to order takeout, AND whenever there’s ladies working, they don’t answer the phone... For example, right now it says your hours are until 8:30 PM.
Well, I called the store three times to try and place a to go order.
On the third try, someone answered the phone and just hung up right away.. HORRIBLE customer service
