It took us 1 hour to get our food which was cold and 20 minutes to even be acknowledged or for someone to even take our order. Do not recommend

We haven’t been to Applebees in a while. The server was really sweet. When we got our food my burger was barely warm. My girlfriend order the chicken with cheese broccoli. They brought the chicken first and 5-7 min later they brought the broccoli. By that time the chicken was cold. Everything took so long. There were all of 6 people in here. Very disappointing.

We are in town visiting a local theme park, came to this applesbees for lunch. Food was great, service was exceptional, our waiter Josie was very attentive and gave great menu recommendation. The manager Danny was actively walking the floor and also ensuring everything was taken care of. Thank you guys for a great experience.

Applebees usually has good meal deals as well as the happy hour and apps half price 3-6 PM after 9 PM. Not much of a wait after 9, but issue with this location is the service. It felt like a struggle for the server to stop by for refills and sometimes they forget the utensils. It helps that you can just pay by tablet, but I hope they improve their service, especially when it's not as busy.

Came here on a Friday night and was shocked at how busy it was! It always makes me happy seeing restaurants do well during these times. The prices are portions are always good at Applebee’s and the service from the manager Lupe was top tier! Perfect spot to pregame or have a chill night out with friends since they have a great late night happy hour!!

Service was terrible, our food was just thrown on the table not even fully cooked, waitress was ruuude not courteous with a negative attitude...not going back to this particular location. Shame on them, corporate will hear me.😡

Oh my lord! Every time you come to Apple Bee’s ask for Valentina. Very sweet, kind, accommodating and so devoted so you have the greatest time! She should get a raise! 🤩

I've never eaten at Applebee's before
We had the 2 for special. Artichoke was nice. Salad was kind of sad and wilty.. The burger was juicy and tasty!

We received a food that was just microwaved. Plate was hot and was obviously fresh came out of the microwave oven.

Visited this restaurant and was impressed with service provided.
From hostess, bartender and manager, they were fantastic our entire visit.
Ordered a Bacon Burger, it was good but felt too much fat in it.
Next time, I will order the same Burger but going to request to press it during the cooking process, to remove the extra fat......

Service was non existent. Waited 40 minutes to get the check and had to ask the hostess for it becuz our server, Lex was MIA. Food was great but service left a bad taste in our mouths. We will not be back to this location.

Last Sunday was our First time at Applebee's.
We had a very bad experience from beginning to end. The server was nice that's all I can say was positive. It's a Long story and I will try to use bullets to shorten it for all of you that are willing to read what happened.
* Dirty dishes at the welcome desk.
* 15 minutes waiting for server to take our drinks order.
*Another 15 minutes to take our food order
*30+ minutes for our order to be brought to us.
* Kids Mac was dry and looked over cooked in microwave.
* My steak had a shrimp under it .
I don't know why there where so many wrong things with the restaurant. I'm just hoping that's not their normal. I just know the restaurant was not busy and there's no excuse for my meal taking so long & having a shrimp on it. I'm not allergic thank GOD but I don't think it says anything good about their kitchen cleanliness or food managing skills. Makes me wonder where my steak went before being put on the plate or where the plate was or if it was even washed before using. I must say the Manager did offer to give us the meals for free and I didn't want to accept full discount But once I saw the shrimp I decided it was too much and I wasn't going to pay for such an unpleasant/underwhelming experience. I don't think we are going back to Applebee's.
