I wish I could give this coffee shop a zero-star rating. We arrived at 5:30 with excitement, only to encounter miscommunication and subpar customer service. Despite requesting to dine in, our drinks were served in cups and cold, while our food came in to-go containers. When we inquired, they explained a policy of not using plates or mugs after 6 PM. It was a letdown, worsened by their inflexibility and poor communication.

Food and coffee are fantastic, but their new WiFi system makes it impossible to go here anymore, sadly. You need to get a WiFi ticket which is valid for 90 minutes but it’s very inconvenient to set up and it’s only valid for one device, and since the shop itself is a dead spot for cell signal you can’t use a phone and a laptop at the same time while you’re here anymore which is wildly inconvenient and makes it impossible to stay inside here. Every other coffee shop allows unlimited WiFi so I’ve had to go to other places to work which is sad since this place is so close to me. Sorry to see this place fall off so hard for one poor decision.

What caught me off guard was the cafe’s stinginess with internet access – a mere 90 minutes provided, with an additional purchase required for more. This unexpected limitation greatly detracted from the overall experience, leaving me questioning the value for money.

The servers wouldn’t even my eye contact. Very odd. The flat white: espresso was sour (pouring too fast) and it wasn’t a flat white. It was a latte.Got the avo breakfast bowl and the egg was over cooked, bacon: microwaved, and salad dressing was elementary.IMO, this place needs a strong leader who knows what good service and food is, not just how to hire a solid interior designer.The reviews are spot on. The service and food/drink are an asymmetrical pairing with the lovely aesthetics.

Cosy quality coffee and wine bar. Modern decor. Good pastry. I had a cortado espresso. Best I have had. Around 10 am the atmosphere was very relaxed. I don’t know how it is if it is crowded.

Coffee is pretty good, coffee shop itself has nice ambiance. All workers have been pleasant and friendlyRecently changed wifi policy so you now can only access wifi for 90 minutes max which is a bummer although I understand they wanted to maximize the experience for as many guests as possible. Cell reception is also almost impossible in here so wifi is definitely neededUsed to be open until 9pm briefly but changed hours again to 7pm which in my opinion is a bit early considering they serve beer and wine as well- would like it if they were open a bit later to head in for an after work drink and not feel rushed out.
