Terrible customer service i have ordered countless times from this place and many times they get my order wrong and it’s always something so simple no cheese on tacos how hard is that to do. But today I’m done with this place after pretty much telling me I put cheese on my own tacos how crazy is that. I ordered 4 tacos as usual no cheese I asked the cashier IRMA no cheese and please make sure as they always get my order wrong and I’m allergic to cheese said ok. My order is ready she said she checked and make sure it had no cheese I take her word for it I get home I opened the tacos all 4 have cheese I call her back and asked her why my tacos had cheese when I told her to make sure the receipt said no cheese the bag said no cheese but the tacos have cheese. She said she was gonna check with her manager. She comes back on the phone and tell me she and her manager checked my order and the tacos had no cheese so practically telling me I put cheese on them my self how ridiculous is that. I told her so I put cheese on them my self right or got them from Taco Bell or another restaurant and want to waste my time returning them. She never accepted her mistake instead blame me the customer. She offered to remake the tacos but I’ve had enough cause like I said this is not the first time this has happened so I just wanted my money back and I will never recommend this place to anyone let alone order from this company again. Manager didn’t even bother talking me. Just terrible customer service. Hope my experience helps some folks. I was so furious i instantly went back and called that forgot to take pictures of the tacos and and receipt. The location of the place is the one on Bristol. I’m adding other pictures from a different time so you can see it’s not the first time

Just had their fish tacos (battered) for first time 20 years. Was very disappointed. Serving size of fish great, just dry. Got my order wrong. Does "chicken taco" sound like "fish taco"? I think not. Won't be back for food but might come back to have a beer.

Shrimp and darkened fish tacos were overly delicious, superior quality and uniformly cooked. Everything perfecto!!

The food is the best thing about this place. I love it and their salsa bar also a nice variation of toppings to add to your food. The problem is they will get your order wrong at least 1 out of every 2 visits. On their to go orders they will also occasionally underserve your beans. (pic provided) Their cashiers and servers are for the most part friendly and nice.
Pick up orders takes way too long to grab. The salsa bar has a line longer than the people outside. I don’t understand why everything has to be a wait here. Food is great though.

You order at the counter , they give you a number, and then they bring it to your table. They have a salsa station to serve yourself. Very good food, with fast service
We still love this place (going on a decade as of 2024) even though lunch can have lines out the door! Blackened fish wet burrito/2 tacos combo/1 taco 1 ench combo/unwrapped burrito/baja bowl/carne asada nachos/ahi poke (no longer served ?) are our go to. The carne asada, fish, and chicken always grilled right. Their rice n pinto beans are great sides. You guys need a second salsa bar in the rear due to high volume of traffic side by side to the soda fountain. Salsas are always fresh here. The pickled onions are ??. Always packed but service is great. If you are staying in one of the hotels by South Coast plaza and looking for a spot, check them out in plaza on the south west corner of Bristol n MacArthur behind Chase.
Parking: Plenty with 2 handicap friendly spots right in front.
