I called when the shop already closed and the baker told me to call back after 30mins so he can clean up a bit. The service is on top tier he said that he tried to read the phone manual just to find my phone number. How sweet he is. I dont know about cake sizes so I said i want 8" for 6people and he stop me and told me i should get 6' instead since 8' is too big. I surprised, every business try to up sale but they only want the best for their customers. Huge respect and the strawberry shortcake.... Chef kiss do i have to explain more? Go get the dam cake

Did a gender reveal and the box They put it in was blue!!!! Guess what the new Mom to be was having??? Yep!! A boy!!!!! Why wouldn't they put it in a white box!!! 0/5 The lady is very hard to understand especially over the phone. 1/ 5 RESPONSE: A gender reveal cake are always known to come in a white box. It's called common sense especially when there is an up charge.

First time going in.. cute little shop and very friendly. Got the Japanese cheesecake and tiramisu and they were both very good. Best tiramisu I've ever had and normally it's not my thing. Can't wait to try their other pastries. They do take card and cash but if it is under $10 it's cash only.

When the guy (I assume is the owner) tells you that this will be the best almond croissant you've ever had.. better than my usual place, he did not lie. It's simple, not overly sweet. Although I didn't eat it right away, the croissant itself was still pretty good when I brought it home 3 hours later.

I also tried the chocolate roulette filled with chocolate whipped cream which was amazing. Japanese cheesecake slice was very good too but I found it to be bit dry. Overall great place to get your cakes!!! Excellent customer service!!

At Bakery 101, they offer the best strawberry shortcake. The dairy cream has a rich taste, is incredibly fluffy, and has a milky texture. The cake itself is super moist, and the light dusting of powder on the cream adds a delightful marshmallow-like texture. The atmosphere is extremely friendly, with a super cute ambiance. We also offer a variety of different cakes, all of which are incredibly tasty.
Super yummy and fresh tasting cake! I was able to get a 6" strawberry shortcake last minute. For 43$, it was on the higher side but it is super delicious and supports small business! Very kind service too. I bought some mermaid theme toppers from Amazon to add to it.

The BEST matcha cake! Our family of 7 all agreed this was a very good matcha cake. I had called to preorder it in advance and asked for a cake to feed 10-12 people. It was $80 with a $40 deposit. The staff was very friendly and we are thinking of getting another cake there for an upcoming birthday. I'm still craving it days later. :)

Ohhh my goodness. I went on a journey to find the perfect cake for my mother in law and came across this gem. I got a lot of different things including a cheesecake and their tres leches. Everything we got was amazing. Thank you so much!

We ordered the strawberry shortcake as a birthday cake and it was delicious. Light and fluffy. I personally didn't try the carrot cake but several others that tried it said it was the best carrot cake they've ever had. Others like the mocha as well. I know this place is known for its green tea cake but unfortunately we didn't like it. It tasted fishy. I've had a lot of green tea flavored sweets but this was different. We had originally put an order for green tea for the cake but after having tried the slices we had bought we changed our order and they gave us no grief since the pick up date was far away.

I needed a strawberry cake for a birthday, so drove here to purchase one. Parking is plenty at this plaza. I was browsing around while waiting for the very nice female staff at the front preparing the cake. I saw they had mixed fruit croissants and man oh man, they were huge. I can have half today and half tomorrow. That's a win win! Also purchased the banana bread. I was able to meet the very sociable and extremely nice baker. We were conversing about how his custards and pastries aren't overly sweet. Thank you for not making it absurdly sweet. He also trained in Paris during his early years. He saw I was reading the sign for pre-ordering Durian cake. I saw it was written in Vietnamese. He asked if I was Vietnamese and I said yes and that I would most likely want to try the Durian cake one day. He was very nice in that he gave me a sample of the plain croissant with custard filling. It was delish and not sweet as I expected. Yep, I bought 5 croissants as well. Good thing I'm sharing all these pastries. Can't wait to dig into the strawberry cake. Definitely will be back for other pastries.
