* Passionfruit Green Tea: 8/10 - good flavor but they aren't able to remove the passionfruit seeds which is annoying * Lychee Oolong Tea: 9/10 - nice balance of sweet and tart * Tapioca Boba (Topping): 9/10 - soft and chewy
The shop itself is not super tiny, but also not very spacious either. They offer some tables and chairs inside as well as a couple outside. It's located in this apartment area which is a bit weird, but there were plenty of parking spots and underground parking. The workers were nice, but they seemed to be pretty backed up. We noticed a bunch of drinks just sitting on the counter waiting for the worker to give them out.
Highly recommend checking them out if you're ever in the area! 😊

Little disappointed about the menu, most of the tea’s you can’t choose a sweetness, base is 25% sweet. The front stuff is not super welcoming so this will not brings you back again…

It's an artisan tea shop that focuses more on quality tea than desserty, trendy stuff.
The teas are all amazing and you really get to taste the richness and slight bitterness of all the flavors. I'd recommend 25% sweetness if you're here for the tea flavor.
The servers I've usually gotten are quite stand offish and not super friendly but still polite. Wish I could get some more conversation about recommended items and options and such.

Great small boba shop packed with customers on a Saturday afternoon. The server recommended passion fruit green team and I went for 50% sweetness (lowest level). The tea tastes extremely refreshing and full of real flavor while not overall sweet. Definitely worth the hype and wait and I would try other flavors next time!

This has become one of our regular stops in LA .They have a little bit of everything to satisfy everyone. If you're into the sweet and fruity teas, they have it. If you want ceremonial grade matcha, they got you. They uses Strauss dairy. They also serve higher quality of teas and will brew it for you just the way you want. Definitely check it out if you're in the area

Love the early gray milk tea! I go to the salon next to it and the ladies always rave about this place. I finally tried it. I've been 3 times and it's ALWAYS busy. The service is friendly and fast. I need to try something other than the earl gray but it's hard when it taste so good.
Excellent boba shop! All drinks are made with real milk, high quality tea, and real fruits. - drinks come in a large, 24 oz size - generous topping portion - can do half portion of two different toppings at no additional cost - cashier was really patient about describing the different teas and making recommendations
Tried the peachy oolong, lychee oolong, kumquat lemon green tea, phoenix oolong tea latte, rose guanyin tea latte, and roasted oolong tea latte. Enjoyed all of them, but my favorites were the Phoenix oolong and the peachy oolong.
Parking: Limited parking lot parking, but there's a garage with retail parking, so we never had issues finding a spot. You can also preorder online if you prefer to do a quick pick up.
