Aesthetic cafe with great tea-based drinks. They use high quality tea and milk. Highly recommend their phoenix tea latte. There’s parking in front of the shop and in the parking lot (entrance is on the left of the store front).

Visited California twice and got their phoenix drink and literally couldn’t stop thinking about it the next day. I’m a huge boba girl from New York so trying good boba spots is what I loveeeee! Highly recommend this place 🥹😊

Ordered the ceremonial grade matcha latte & the ceremonial grade matcha milk frappe and they were both amazing! Mind you I ordered the latte with 25% sugar & the frappe with 50% sugar as I don’t prefer drinks to be extremely sweet. It was fairly warm the day I visited so the matcha milk frappe really hit the spot for me

I like the generous portion, the high quality tea, and the way they seal their cups without plastic. You can poke the straw through. The special treat is Straus milk.

The menu offers a pretty wide range of teas and flavors. Everything seemed good and the prices were reasonable considering the quality presented!
* Passionfruit Green Tea: 8/10 - good flavor but they aren't able to remove the passionfruit seeds which is annoying * Lychee Oolong Tea: 9/10 - nice balance of sweet and tart * Tapioca Boba (Topping): 9/10 - soft and chewy
The shop itself is not super tiny, but also not very spacious either. They offer some tables and chairs inside as well as a couple outside. It's located in this apartment area which is a bit weird, but there were plenty of parking spots and underground parking. The workers were nice, but they seemed to be pretty backed up. We noticed a bunch of drinks just sitting on the counter waiting for the worker to give them out.
Highly recommend checking them out if you're ever in the area! 😊
