I found Bani Bakery in Old World on Yelp while searching for a specific style for my daughter's Vintage Disney themed baby shower. I gave her pictures with my ideas and she provided me with exactly what I was looking for. The cookies were beautifully wrapped and were delicious! The cake was absolutely beautiful and everyone raved about how delicious it was and not over the top sweet. Beautiful and delicious cookies and cakes, and decorated so beautifully. I highly recommend you try this bakery.

Bani is the best! I've known her and ordered from her since 2012 She never disappointed me. Since me and my husband were dating, to our wedding, and now she does our son's birthday cakes! Our son's birthday cake always looked great and tasted delicious. Thank you for making his special day so memorable. Too bad, I didn't have cake she did for us back then, I guess I didn't take much pictures back then Highly recommended!

What can I say? Bani bakery has made cakes for two of our family events and she does not disappoint. Not only are her cakes beautiful, but they are delicious. She recently made the cake for my nephews 1st birthday and I was beyond happy with it. She even made him a smash cake which was so unexpected but such a nice surprise. I will definitely use Bani bakery for all my events and everyone else should too.

I ordered desserts for a dessert table from their catering menu. They were super cute & delicious!! Decently priced as well. Everyone loveddd them! I loved their attention to detail. Every individual piece looked great. So much flavor in such small bites! I wish i could eat these cute little desserts all the time!!!! Love love love! Would absolutely get again and recommend to others!! (: these were amazing! I ordered mini fruit tarts, strawberry shortcake shooters and chocolate Oreo shooters. YUM!!!!

Reply to your message- If a higher level of professionalism had been maintained, it would have been expected to present alternative solutions rather than unilaterally deciding to cancel the order, especially when dealing with a long-term client - for 7 years - not the past year- on such a significant occasion. This experience has been quite frustrating to say the least - and I intend to share more feedback as it is truly disappointing. Again? The right to refuse AFTER accepting the deposit and emails confirming days prior is inconsistent with your response.

Bani Bakery has moved from Santa Ana to Old Village HB and was a bit difficult to find but that's okay. I ordered my cake through their website and was sent an email inquiring about the cake promptly. I asked to pay in full in advance and that was accepted. I ordered a heart shaped cake with vanilla cake and strawberry mousse filling and a custom message and that came out to $70. The cake is super cute and fits the description I put exactly! I also purchased birthday candles from Bani Bakery as well. Please be aware, since their recent move, credit cards are not accepted yet but I was informed it will be set up soon.

My sister was already a customer, but I didnt get to eat her wedding cake, her baby shower or my nephew first bday cake. I first tried cake from Bani during my niece baby shower and right at that moment I knew I wanted her to do my wedding cake. I skipped on tasting because I already knew what I want and Bani delivered the cake to LA. Everyone love the cake because it's just the right amount of sweet and the durian/pandan flavor were something my family a really big fan of durian and pandan. I ordered my wedding cake through email and it does take quite sometime to finalized it just how email are. Bani executed it perfectly with just what I had envision.

I am quite disappointed with how this place turned out despite all the positive reviews here... This review is only for my experience for the cake testing for our potential wedding cake vendor.We booked an appointment to come in and taste test some flavors of the cake batter and cream.Cake batters: chocolate, red velvet, lemon blueberry, funfetti, hazelnut, cookies & cream, marble, and strawberryCake creams: tiramisu, vanilla, cappuccino, pineapple, whip, strawberry, mango, and buttercreamWhen we entered in, there was no staff at the counter. We rang the bell and one of the workers came to provide us the cake tasting kit. The presentation was just OK, it was just a small sample of each cake and cream in individual sheets. Some of the cakes were actually already broken up and all the sizes of the cakes were different sizes. I think the bakery just gives us leftovers from prior cakes, which is fine, but the quality still was not there. All the cake batters tasted like they were just refrigerated and barely thawed. The consistently was very dense and dry.For a 2 person, $28 tasting it was definitely not a great deal - it was pretty hard to finish all the cakes. I think the most disappointing part for us was that we didn't believe Bani Bakery provided us their best cakes/leave us their best impression, which matters a lot to us.Needless to say, we are likely not deciding to move forward with Bani Bakery as our wedding cake vendor.
