I called for a praline and cream cake 🎂 never had it my parents kept raving about it and so i placed an order and they delivered and damn that cake is soooo good thank you again definitely coming back in for more

Prices go up while service goes down. Asked for 2 triple scoops in a cup and employee started placing single scoops by the register. I asked if they would be mine and clarified that I asked for triple scoops. The male employee helping me today simply said “no you didn’t”. It’s hard to confuse 6 single scoops with 2 triple scoops. Unsure if he was having a bad day but seeing as it was on my way home and I wanted to pick up something for my family for the weekend I figured the convenience factor would outweigh any negative interaction. However towards the end of my transaction he simply walked away after giving me my change? I still needed lids as again I needed to drive home. Not the first time it’s happened and figured I’d give them another shot as the last time it was a busy Sunday, understandable. But if thats the overall attitude given is rather go out of my way and head over to another shop that treats people kindly.

A nice guy helped me out today. He was polite, friendly, and professional. Not busy at all when I was there, so service was rather quick. I tend to visit this location once a while, but it never has disappointed me so far.

Ordered a cake for my son's 18th birthday. I asked for a picture but I was too late with the order which was totally fine. I asked for the cake to be decorated Red if the picture was not available. The cake had a super thin Red border the Happy Birthday writing was sloppy and not centered. The most ugliest plain looking cake. They did not even attempt to make it look nice.

They are unfriendly and extremely lazy employees. I have had both delivery and gone to the store. They suck at their very simple job. I am going to go throw my completely wrong order at their window, they shall be shamed for their mistakes

This place is terrible. We stopped by for a treat on a hot day and we were told that we were not allowed to eat inside with our young children in the heat, despite other people eating inside. So we had to go outside to eat. Save your time and go somewhere else.

I would give it a zero. I had pre-ordered a bday cake for my son and came to find out the incompetent owner had it in Tustin and wanted me to drive there when I placed the order in Santa Ana. I waited 15minutes for my cake which should've never happened since I pre-ordered in SA and since he was super late I requested a refund which he told his cashier he would give it to me once he arrived at the store but when he got there he refused to give me a refund. Do not do business with this store or under this owner.
