Very bad service and a long wait to receive the food
Absolutely delicious. We are eating #12 Ramen Birria and #2 Trio Tacos. Amazing. So flavorful. Great staff.

The girls that takes order has bad attitude. When ordering and paying for order she asks for tip and when you ask for something has horrible attitude

Food was good but service sucks. Came in at 8pm and got weird looks when I told them I was dining in. Entrance door open and AC on full blast I’m assuming to keep people from dining in.

I love the taste of the birria here, it's delicious and the consommé doesn't even mention it! The quesabirrias are also very delicious. The bathrooms are very clean and the staff is very attentive. Sometimes a little slow, but they do have a lot of people

The truth is that it was disappointing since I had been eating there for a long time but this past weekend my family of 4 children and my wife and I went to eat at the place. We ordered several things, one of them a combo of golden taco and other tacos, the golden disco taco was Everything was watery, my wife came to tell him that she wanted her taco to be golden and they told her that the taco was golden and that it couldn't be browned anymore. I asked for an order with the carme separately from the plate because they gave it to me as they were given. the truth wins we will not return we tried to talk to someone but everyone went crazy

Clean place usually. The biggest complaint is why they can't SELL you tanned red onion (since it does have it) is what gives the flavor to the birria at this restaurant. I understand why they don't give it to you, but they can't sell it to you. , it seems like a very stupid decision on the part of the owner or manager. And the answer they give you most, "it's only for the super cake" or whatever the name of the cake they sell is.
Cashier was rude, unfriendly, didn't even smile?
I don't think I'll be back
Parking: Yes , get some friendly people in there with smile and not rude

I went in today and ordered food through the drive thru and decided to get a bottled coke, once the cashier (Gisselle) handed it to me , I asked her if she could open it and she said no because she didn’t have a bottle opener! How does that make any sense, why sell bottled cokes if you aren’t able to open it for the customer. I told her how is that possible if when I eat there I always drink a coke and she replied with the “bottle opener is too far away from her to open it” Next time I’ll buy my drinks somewhere else if that is a big issue( there is literally a liquor across from them ( it’s probably cheaper too and they’ll open it for me)! What a lazy girl
Delicious quesabirria...

Terrible service ? the birria was super disgusting cold and all curdled of all the places I've gone out to eat this is the worst I would never return and the quesabirrias don't even say horrible
We were visiting Santa Ana from Minnesota and went online to find the best Birria spot. Needless to say, this place did not disappoint! I ordered the 3 Birria tacos and my boyfriend ordered a Quezabirria. They were both insanely good and the consome was top tier. For $20, the Birria have more than enough meat in them and were very filling. Will definitely be stopping here when we come back to CA.
