Worst service we have ever had! After server took our order she never came back to see if we needed our drinks refilled. It took over 1 hour to get our entrees! They must be having kitchen problems but it was not good!

Need to bring back country music; it's Stewart Anderson's Black Angus, for God's sake. What was being played almost drove me out. However, the service and manager were nice.

Stopped in & Got lunch, The service was very good. Bartender was very attentive to my table. The Happy hour chicken tenders I got as an appetizer were a bit burnt & very dry, Sauces made them bearable. Steak was okay, unseasoned & bland, Shrimp were not bad. Mac & cheese lacked flavor not what I last remembered from here & fries were standard. The food definitely wasn’t up to par this time but hopefully next time it will be better like I previously remember!

The ranch dressing tastes like cheap soybean oil...almost like a non food substance...not like the real homemade ranch with fresh herbs used to be like. Too bad they can't serve the bread with REAL BUTTER...not fake artery clogging hydrogenated cheap margarine. I would prefer to pay more for good old fashioned real food than eat at a restaurant that trys to cut out the quality. I ordered the Ribeye medium well..it was very chewey...and seamed like it was kept too long..not as fresh as I expected.

I had a very bad experience with Uber Eats a week and a half ago, but Black Angus went above and beyond to correct the situation.
They didn't have to, as it was out of their hands, but they STILL did.
I am so appreciative to their commitment to going above and beyond in their services, that I hopped onto an app to praise the way they handled the situation.
If I could give a fist-bump to the manager, I would. 5 STARS.

8 years ago I gave this Black Angus 4 stars. Now, 2 stars and I'm being generous. No host when we came in, and found other customers who said they had been waiting for sometime. I had to ask the bartender to get someone over. Then you can tell there has been NO renovations at all for the location. It feels beaten down and decrepit. I ordered a MEDIUM steak. And keep in mind this is a STEAKHOUSE. They gave me a Medium Well Done. I showed the inside of my steak and to their credit they tried again. Somehow the second time it came back even more well done. I gave up. This is a steakhouse....they supposedly specialize in steak. Sad to see a major player fade away so bad.
We got the 3 course meal for two, very nice service, great ambiance we sat near the bar in a booth and that was perfect for us. The food was excellent! Highly recommend for a date night!

The ambience is absolutely terrific and invites you to come back, the service was very good, but unfortunately the sirloin steak was just mediocre. It's a shame, but hopefully it was just an exception.
