Blaze Pizza

Ordered to go and they burnt my pizza and didn’t say anything. I came on a Thursday and 2:30 pm. There was one other pizza in the oven besides mine and there were 3 girls working. They were too busy talking to each other. If you’re ordering takeout check your pizza before you leave.

The staff is amazing here. The woman who helped me I wish I would have got her name, she listened to every detail as I explain the events and how they occurred.
It’s actually a funny story. Ok so Christmas Eve I wanted blaze pizza but it was late however I go on the app and I order only to show up and see everyone going home so I cancel my order. And go home go. The following day I order only the app thinking I was so lucky to place my order on Christmas Day. Well I show up and they are closed for the holiday which is understandable.. but the app vs lets me place order for pick up
The following day it’s ok cuz I love blaze pizza everyday plus I got a free dessert out of it for telling this funny story to the manager. So it’s all good!! Happy holidays

I got the half pizza/side salad combo, In hindsight I would've preferred the whole pizza. The pizza tasted quite good in my opinion, but I could've eaten a whole one myself easily since the salad was pretty insubstantial. The Caesar salad was really just iceberg lettuce with a little bit of cheese, dressing, and a few croutons thrown in. If you get the salad combo, pick a different salad.

Love that you can build your own pizza, crust is thin and crunchy.

Pizza had hardly any toppings, the base was burnt and too oily. I left an overly generous tip (which I regret now) and when I left I said goodbye and was ignored.

the food was amazing but the employees where very rude maybe it’s because they where short staffed but when I wanted more cheese on my pizza when added only a pinch more .. extra cheese does not mean a pinch and I asked her for more and she would do it more on purpose adding a pinch . She kept raising her voice saying to speak up and to talk one at a time . The manager didn’t say anything to her even though I went to the manger instead of confronting the employee.

Food was great. They gave us the wrong meal but fixed it right away with kindness. A nice staff. Restaurant was nice and big and clean, no condiments available on the table. All behind glass? Had to ask for red pepper and parmesan. Pizzas came out with the perfect crust. Would go back..maybe take out. It was super warm inside. Go figure!

I travel alot for my job and order blaze pizza quite often. This is the worst location i have ever got my pizza from. There actually a sign at the register stating that no extra topping is allowed. The manager put about 5 pieces of pepperoni on my pizza and said that was it. Lots of attitude. Will never stop there again. Maybe i will go to take a picture of that sign to post

Not sure if it's just this particular location or if all Blaze Pizza has just gone downhill but I will not be going back. Had to ask THREE times to add more toppings to my pizza, it's like they ration the toppings as they barely put any on. Pizza was also burnt. Worst pizza I have ever had.
