Great food drinks and service. Orange County's best kept secret. The farmer's salad was delicious.

If you love artisan food made from locally sourced, sustainable ingredients then this is the place is for you. If you also enjoy unique handcrafted cocktails made with the liquors that are produced on premises, then you'll be even happier. The majority of the seating is on their outdoor patio so I don't recommend going on a rainy day. They have space heaters for chilly times and shading for warm sunny days and we've never had a bad experience. The staff is wonderful and the management superb.

Brian gave a great distillery tour and the paisano pizza was delicious. Sticky wings were fantastic.

I was only disappointed to find out that the entire menu (listed on the website) was not available on any particular evening. The food available was very tasty, well presented, and well prepared. My guests and I enjoyed the entire experience, including the tour.

Walked in around 7:00pm.. we were ignored by the bar tender. There was maybe 8-12 people in the whole place. The bar back ended up taking our order and told the bar tender inside what our order was. The bar tender made my friend his drink but forgot about my drink. I waited 15 minutes and still no drink.. there were still only about 12-14 people at the business by this time and they had at least 6 employees on staff at the time.I ended up having to ask a third time for my old fashioned.. the bartender was ignoring me and my friend so much that I took the time to ask him how he’s doing, I asked him if his day was going okay? I asked if he was doin okay.. I was looking for any reason to understand why he wouldn’t acknowledge me and my friend while the rest of the bar was empty..The place has been open for 2+ years and I completely understand why I have never heard of this business, and I understand why there was only 8-12 customers there on a Saturday night.Great cocktails tho not gonna lie.

I wish I could give six out of five stars. Visited as part of my birthday weekend festivities and I am absolutely elated we chose to do so. Well designed space with plenty of seating and open air space, along with an intimate indoor experience. Cocktail menu provided something for everyone, and well priced to boot. Staff was extremely polite and full of information about the history of the distillery. Scott was an absolute legend and deserves a raise, a high five, and an extra day off.

Worth traveling for - such a wonderful atmosphere, and the spirits and cocktails are incredible. Can't wait to come back again!

Tried the Owl Brunch - menu was interesting - the bacon breakfast pizza was amazing! But there isn't a lot of traditional breakfast foods on the menu - more lunch than brunch. Really creative cocktails and good pour on the champagne by the glass. Do have to be sensitive to weather since almost all the seating is outside.

Unique spot serving delicious craft cocktails and great food. We had the hummus, tomato salad, sliders, shrimp and two pizzas. All were delicious, great flavor and with a gourmet twist. Super friendly service too.

Such a cool vibe here! As much as we love eating dinner on the patio, we also adore the decor and beauty of the indoor bar with the view of the distillery. The service staff is some of the best in the business- as friendly, personable and knowledgeable as anyplace we've been. A handcrafted cocktail is a MUST. If you order a pizza, be sure to add the spicy honeycomb on top....amazing. Be prepared to spend a little here- it is definitely a nicer meal but well worth it.

Great, friendly service from every staff member we interacted with. We enjoyed the tasting flight, the seasonal gin & tonic, a crab tostada (a special), cauliflower three ways, and the fungi pizza. Both the drinks and the food were tasty and we enjoyed our time at Blinking Owl. Sitting outside was a nice experience.

Great food and even better cocktails. Park makes a great drink and is extremely knowledgeable about his craft. A great thing about about the spirits, drinks and food everything is locally sourced. This has never really been a big factor in where I decided to eat and drink at Blinking Owl they do it right, great ingredients without the the pretentious.

very cool place to hang out with friends, or even just a romantic date. Cool background music was being played, friendly and knowledgeable staff, grewt food and drinks, overall a great time!
