Wow I totally thought I had reviewed this place mostly because I was blown away by how fast one of the workers was moving between making bagels, cracking fresh eggs and working the register. This place is busssyyy!! My daughter is obsessed with the everything bagel from here! I had their Jalapeno cheese which was good too and the veggie with egg whites also very good. You want fresh bagels this is the place. Its busy so expect a lines also the app never allows to order ahead idk why but that kinda sucks . You can order through other apps like Postmates or Uber eats.

Hard to give them a rating. They consistently put a whole egg instead of egg whites when ordered through DoorDash. Now I bought this in person and didn't open it until later in the day, and the bagel is burnt. Not toasty. Service is okay.

Very average across the board Prices are bit high, wait is long, and service was bad. Ordered their Lux salmon on plain which was very average. I was talked to as if I was getting my food for free, rushed and pushed. Definitely wouldn't go there again

New year, new review for this unfriendly place! My daughter did the nice thing and bravely offered to go to this Bruegger's location to get us some bagels. Little did I know how tough it would be. The people working this location are just outright rude and lack any basic customer service skills. The customer is certainly not always, if ever right at this place. The lady with the glasses working the register needs to find different employment because people skills are not her strong suit! Yelling at customers to hurry them along...Get a clue, lady! And add to that...the bagels were dry and undercooked. We were already weary about this place from occasions before, but our new year's resolution is now avoiding this place and it's God awful management and customer service. 0 stars, if this app allowed!!

Went in and ordered a plain bagel with country pepper cream cheese. I was explained it was a mixture of plain and onion chive cream cheese. While I was there I had to ask the employee to repeat themselves three times because the music was really loud and they were talking very low volume. I get my bagel get in my car and was given bacon scallion cream cheese, and I don't eat pork. So I'm sitting here with a bagel that I can't eat and when I called they were very adamant that no mistake was made yet there are literal pieces of bacon in my cream cheese. The oj is good though.

This location was fast and efficient but what stood out the most was the EXCELLENT customer service that was provided to be by Blanca. She completely went out of her way to make me feel like a valued customer. I wish I could receive this level of service everywhere I went.

I get the same bagel every time & each time it gets worse, unfortunately for me I love bagels & it's the closest one to my house, todays was by far the worse, it was so burnt & with such very little cream cheese there was no masking it, my bf stopped to pick these up for us or I would've refused this bagel. Tried calling the store as I won't be eating this one & not wanting to go back out, but no answer & straight to voicemail. Sorry brueggers, I will not only go elsewhere for myself but for my office staff.

Service was excellent, a little pricey for the bagel and a drink, and added avocado. Came to $22 for the herby turkey with an everything seed bagel. However, it totally hit the spot, a little to tomato paste like tasting spread, which is supposed to be a sun dried tomato spread. Not really complaining though, it is delicious. I definitely recommend going, I know I'll be back!

STOP using the same knife you use cutting Onion bagels! My bagel was DISGUSTING it tasted like onions. This is SERIOUS!!! Someone can be allergic to them!! Be more mindful! Two bagels with cream cheese at over $12.00 ridiculous!
