Waited 15 minutes for a table and there were very few customers in the establishment. Server took forever to come to our table, brought no silverware, drinks showed up 15 minutes later, wings were very dry and hard. Likely sitting in a warmer most of the day. After all this the server brought my change from my check and it was 20 dollars short. Then when I was explaining it to the manager the bartender came from behind the bar and aggressively approached me saying that I wasn't the cook to quit complaining, it was a nightmare to say the least.

I have been several times to this location. I'm generally I love going to BWW but this one always smells like poorly cleaned up vomit. It is consistently dirty. The service is also slow and they were out of several things we ordered. Even then they forgot parts of our order and delivered food to us we didn't ask for (and charged us for it.) I will not be returning to this location again.

What happened to this location??? I used to love coming here but today my husband and i literally were in the restaurant for about 20mins and not one person came to help us!! The bathroom is filthy!! After our wait we got up and left, we ended up at Red Robin across the street and it was night and day. I doubt we will be coming here again it sucks the let this location go downhill this bad

Walked in for a takeout order and the service was terrible. As soon as I walked in, one of the employees saw me and immediately walked away. After that, several staff members looked my way but never greeted me or asked if I needed help. Another customer came in after me and still nothing. It got to the point where I was about to call the restaurant from inside just to ask for my food. Eventually, the bartender finally noticed us — only because another customer waved her down — and when we finally got our order, it was cold. Really disappointing experience.

My recent experience at Buffalo Wild Wings was incredibly disappointing, primarily due to the abysmal service we received. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that hospitality was not a priority for the staff. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, which resulted in long wait times for our orders and a lack of attention to our needs. It felt as though she was unprepared for the shift, leading to a chaotic dining experience that left us feeling neglected and frustrated. To make matters worse, the food itself was far from satisfactory. Not only did it lack flavor, but it also left me feeling unwell after the meal. It’s disheartening to see a place with such potential fall short in both service and quality. I strongly believe that Buffalo Wild Wings needs to reevaluate their hiring practices and ensure that their staff is adequately trained to provide a better dining experience. Without significant improvements, I fear that many customers will continue to leave disappointed.

Server was great. New but tried hard. Management terrible. Came to watch college football and asked for TVs to watch on. Took 30 minutes. Then they change the channel in the 4th quarter, asked what’s up said they change it back and never did. Place was empty so no reason to be this bad. Food is the BW food but….damn. How can you be this bad. I never leave reviews but had to for this. If you’re coming to eat good for you. Don’t come if you’re looking for service and to watch a game.
Hope you like your un-refrigerated ranch with a coating of dust. Waited 20 minutes for anyone to say anything to me. Just stood at the To-Go counter, taking pictures of their gross ranch sitting out. Worst Bdubs I've been to.

This place is a poorly managed(on all levels) it’s become an arm pit, you don’t even get real carrot slices, this is garbage I’d never return,run for the hills, understaffed as well, I’d prefer McDonalds over this garbage, I also waited 21 minutes for my check, bartender is way overwhelmed, horrible place, all management to blame, what a dump! ❌☠️🤮

I came here while visiting my son. I've been to many BDubs across several states. I sat for 20 minutes with servers serving customers around me without a word except a bus girl told me the bar tender asked me to sit in another area of the bar for no apparent. I asked to speak to a manager after the 20 minutes and low and behold someone came to my table saying it was really busy. Only, as I said, people around me were being served. This is the worst experience at any of the Buffalo Wild Wings I have been to which is so disappointing. I feel, and I do not ever say this until now due to i have family of many races, I was out numbered 40 to one by another race to include employees. I'm 67 years old and this is the first time in my life I have ever felt this way. I will never go to another Buffalo Wild Wing ever again and i will let people i know why. So very disappointed.

I hate coming to the BWW but its the closest to my house. The food is always out in one hour. This past visit it was lost and we saw people come in after us leaving before we got our food. Eddy(Edgar) was always checking in us and asking the kitchen where the food was he was awesome!!! He even fought for us to get a discount( best service I have seen at this location). But for the most part don’t come here unless you want poor service and cold food

The food is always what you expect at a sports bar and the service is generally good. However, 2 weeks in a row at two different BW locations my game got changed in the second half after I had been there since no one else was in the bar area. I'm probably done going to BW to watch anything I really want to watch. Each week I asked for a specific game, so it wasn't like they didn't know someone was watching the game. The problem is simple to solve, but it requires and understanding of the problem and a desire to make customers happy.
