We placed an order through the BK app and picked it up at the drive thru window. Food was cold and we didn't get either order of fries. Unfortunately, my husband didn't look in the bags before leaving. I tried multiple times to call the phone number listed for the location, but it's an invalid number! Worst customer service ever!

Clean and modern looking. Food was fresh and felt like it was prepared to above average fast food quality.
Everything was good, but one thing of concern. I had my meal on a Tuesday night at 8 in a business district with nearby Carl's Jr, In N Out, and Wendy's, and I was the only customer inside from when I walked in, til when I finished my meal and left. I did not notice any line in the drive-through either. Nothing disappointed in the food, but for this time of day in that neighborhood, this restaurant may be in trouble financially compared to its neighbors. want a quieter place with good food to eat. I suggest you try this one out.

I've been quite a few times for breakfast because its inexpensive. Most of the time, the service is great but I've recently had an issue with a manager telling me that I was not able to order something I have been ordering for quite a few years at the same price. She wanted to charge me nearly $3 more without any other explanation other than telling me that "everyone else" had been doing it incorrectly for the last 6 years. I was actually really upset by it.
