Make sure you check your order before you leave.i placed a mobile order and picked it up with no issues. When i arrived home i realized they gave me the wrong burger. The one i order was more expensive than the one i purchased and had bacon so i decided it was worth the drive back. I spoke to the person there and he literally just grabbed the burger from my hand inspected every inch of it and then just grabbed the right burger without saying anything. Food is good but customer service is not their strongest point.

I went for delivery on drive thru in the night time staff was so rude they did not want to hand over food just because i did not had car, was on bicycle. Is it someone has to buy car now for pick up? Disgusting after waiting for long time in drive thru staff was rude

I don’t understand why these people cannot get an order correct. I bought the new melt burger because it comes with onions and peppers, I asked for a single patty and the genius gives me literally a patty, a bun and nothing else. I ordered 2 whoppers as well and he gave me chicken sandwich..AND THIS IS HOW THEY WANT A RAISE IN THE FAST FOOD INDUSTRY!!! Please!! GO BACK TO SCHOOL AND STUDY SOMETHING! Don’t depend on the fast food industry. California is truly going down the drain.
this is one of the nicest and cleanest Burger Kings I've ever been to it's bright inside it's well taken care of it's not dated and all the employees are very happy to help you it's a very good Burger King to go to the food is good great experience.
