I usually come here but after today that will change. I've left good reviews only many times but now that's changed. Service has gone down. Now today at the speaker in drive thru for 5 minutes then another 3 minutes after someone said anything. Even with me saying hello multiple times. No hold on where busy or wait or anything just silence. I just left after that, spent way less at Taco Bell next door for better service and less expense.

Hands‑down the best Burger King crew I’ve ever seen in action. Maria, Franco, and Daniel were fast, friendly, and totally locked‑in as a team, like watching a perfectly choreographed line where everyone knows their role and still has time to joke with customers. My double cheeseburger actually tasted flame‑broiled, the large fries were hot and fresh, and they threw in extra sauces without me even asking. In a world where a lot of fast‑food spots feel stressed and checked‑out, this crew made a $4 app deal feel like a little moment of hospitality, and I’ll go out of my way to come back to this location because of them

The manager, Kay is absolutely amazing! She’s so kind and is such an asset to this restaurant, staff and the company!
She is professional, and clearly performs and manages this business at a high standard!
I am also grateful, with being a Vegan, that I can order an Impossible Burger the way that I prefer it to be prepared, when in the mood!

Came to eat dinner with my son and there were NO ice in the machine I asked for ice and the manager didn't like it then my son went and grab some Doctor Pepper and it didn't have any gas , the guy in the front was very polite and apologized and he was trying to fix the problem then the manager with a big attitude asked me if it was the syrup I said no ma'am no gas!! Then she just rolled her eyes and yelled at the guy stop fixing that and then look at me and said well there NO DOCTOR PEPPER so I was like oh ok then give me more ice so I can go get more Coke, I walked to get the coke and she told the guy in the front I don't like that soda I don't even know why they have it is nasty.. to my that's was very rude because that's is not the way to fix a problem I was polite to her and the guy never disrespected her. We left but I will never go back to that restaurant. I hope corporate can read my message and train better their Managers because they are going to work with a nasty attitude to the clients. And maybe they forgot that we are the ones paying their checks . Hum!!

Impossible whopper meat was grilled perfectly and the burger was assembled like a fast food art show masterpiece with just the right amount of veggies.
Mozarella fries were breaded so evenly with the correct amount of cheese, the company's marinara does the job.
Seriously, give them a raise, that was unbelievable 👏🏽
Just order one whopper Jr and two original chicken sandwiches. They forgot to pack the whopper Jr but I paid for it as it's on the receipt

Just stopped at bk on my way to work. Ordered a large has brown and sausage biscuit. Get to wotk eat the first hashbrown and it was super salty. Tried one at the bottom and was overly salty. This is the second incident I've had at the same BK. The first one happened 2 weeks ago. I ordered me and my son 2 biscuits and 2 sides of hashbrowns. Get home and 1 order of my hasbrowns was missing.
