The whopper tasted bitter. I discovered a short and thick plastic string in my mouth. I suspected the worker cleaned the stove and he didn’t rinse the stove with water. That’s why some bites had a bitter taste.
He didn't pick up the string fragments that came from the old bush either. I hope this is just a one-time incident

Not fresh food and looks very old depending who's the customer. Bad employees and it's making the overall performance bad including the owner.
Horrible, they gave my husband a soggy cold burger, looked like someone just threw it together and left it sitting some where. No ethics here.
He ordered at the drive thru, never again for this location.

The big sized woman that's at the drive thru window has to be the rudest person ive ever come across. Ive purchased food there many times before, and used a coupon code when ordering but the coupon was not taken away. The coupon expires in several months so I figured that we can keep using it? This lady immediately requested it when I approached the window.
When i asked her why she was taking it if its good for several months, she quickly lashed out and rudely stated, " We HAVE to get it EVERYTIME you use a coupon". I then told her that it's good for several months and ive used it before and it wasn't taken? She again quickly repeated what she had said before. I understand that at the end of their day they have to submit coupons with their reports BUT she didn't have to lash out that way. A soft voice with her explanation would have been nice. She needs to be kept under supervision or not work with customers at all.
