Small coffee shop with upstairs seating, it's nice and quiet, I enjoyed their mango matcha but the staff make it feel like you're a bother

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming. The baristas seemed upset or annoyed — not a smile or friendly greeting in sight, which definitely set a negative tone.

I ordered a vanilla latte and expected something special, but what I got was a basic, boring cup that looked rushed compared to other drinks being served. To make things worse, the chocolate chip cookie tasted old and dry, like it had been sitting out for days.

With so many great coffee spots around, I don’t think I’ll be coming back. A little friendliness and attention to quality would go a long way.

I wanted to like this coffee shop and support local. But the baristas always seem mad. Not very friendly. The matcha was not very great. Did not taste good. As you can see from the other reviews the Matcha is a disappointment. You're better off going across the street to get your coffee. Better customer service at cafe cultura.

Great coffee and tasty Mexican inspired drinks. We had the cafe olla, I think its got honey and some spice in a latte. Recommended.

Discovered this cute cafe in downtown Santa Ana. I ordered a matcha and it was absolutely delicious! Very spacious they have plenty of seating in the upstairs area, perfect place to do some work. Wish I lived closer to this area. Would definitely recommend you check it out.

This was a disappointing cafe experience. The espresso tonic was alright - refreshing but nothing exceptional. We came at a low traffic time and I felt the THREE baristas were more interested in chatting with each other than helping me out. I felt like I was a nuisance. The coffee was made in timely fashion though. I had meant to stay but decided to do take out instead. Can't really recommend.

Delicious coffee. They have good beans here. I really enjoyed the store. Adorable. It's in downtown Santa Ana so grab your coffee and walk around the area. They also sell merchandise like cups and shirts. Love the vibe this store gives off. A few seats inside, but seems like a stop and go type of place. Love the decor and the stickers they have by the register.

I come here everyday and the workers are always super friendly and make my drinks super fast. Their almond pistachio latte is the best and my go to. It is such a great vibe. Highly recommend

The staff is not friendly, no effort to show basic customer service. Also no types of pup cups or anything for dogs- I always judge coffee shops by if they offer whipped cream or treats for dogs- though the coffee is good- I’ll take my business elsewhere for a friendlier experience- Corazón or Enchanted are people AND dog friendly - this place is neither

I’ve been going to Cafe Cito for a while now and all I gotta say really is that it’s some of the best coffee in Orange County. Not only that, but the atmosphere is great. I remember walking in and they were playing the band her’s and then the following day they had the Persona 5 soundtrack. You can’t beat the service there either. I once tripped and fell and one of the barista’s saw that and she offered me a drink on the house. Like, who does that?? Cafe Cito.

Greeted with a friendly smile, it was our first time here but definitely not the last! I ordered a delicious almond & pistachio latte, iced—the perfect blend of both flavors. My husband ordered the coconut & pistachio matcha latte, iced. His was amazing as well! This place is a must-have, regular go-to, cafe.
