I was so upset because my chicken portion. It was small and wasn't the first time that happened? I'm not sure if people in there. They didn't put attention, but I went to see and talk to the manager. And she give me an attitude in trying to make me feel bad and she didn't wanna fix the issue. So bad bed customer service from manager. I think she need hell so to learn about customer service.
Besides that, everything was fine. So a shame sometimes people make places look bad, but one person that was there. With bad customer service, sometimes make

I'm disappointed that we pay a good price for the juices and they add water ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ I ordered a carrot juice with little orange and it came out pure carrot water. The truth is, if it gave me courage, it ruined my breakfast ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
The place is well located but the atmosphere is not what is expected

This place has gotten worse over time. Every time I go they mess up on my order. Today I went for lunch and ordered asada fries & when I got my order they gave me a container full fries but not a piece of asada on it. I had to go back and show them my receipt that I paid for asada fries. (Very expensive asada fries $15.98). I get there and instead of remaking it the guy just slaps on a scoop of asada meat, close the container and hands it right back to me. The presentation of the asada fries was horrible and none sanitary. Don’t waste your money here!!!! Support small businesses, the service and quality is much, much better!!!!

Here is what happens today, I have been coming to this place for over 3 years and I always get my food on time witch is unbelievable that when is busy we have to wait I absolutely understand that but today I walk in to the restaurant and the cashier honestly was very nice and she take my order and 4 costumers after me, the surprise of my life was that the 4 customers that ordered after me they got their food and I was still standing waiting and then I got a little mad and asked to the lady that it looks like manager and she tells me that she didn't even know about my order, this is really stupid I will never come back to this place again
Worst place they give you whatever they want they do it on purpose they mess up your oder they charge extra for everything and when u get the oder it's not what you ask but ill be going to the City of santa to file a complaint to the health department as a consumer i have all the right to have a product im purchasing
This tiny place was poppin'! I only came in once for a drink. I asked for a "regular chillyone". The young cashier who may have been younger than 20 then asked "what size?" I repeated "regular." Then she asked "for here or to go?"... I think this order negates the question as they don't have any to-go packaging for drinks. She then asked for my name twice as she didn't understand the first time and still looked uncertain but didn't ask a third time. By the time my drink was ready, they were calling the wrong name. From a business standpoint I believe the Bristol location would benefit by having a cashier who understands more English language. The drink was enjoyable so it slightly made up for the poor service. Hopefully service will be better on the 2nd visit.

I think it's good, but if they exaggerate with the prices of the water, it's too much for me for the glass they give you, now what do the Hawaiians sell you, if you want more milk they'll sell you a miniature for almost a dollar please, I'd better go to the supermarket across the street and buy a can, the prices are super exaggerated.
They serves up fresh and flavorful Mexican-inspired beverages and dishes, offering a vibrant selection of aguas frescas, smoothies, and hearty plates like burritos and tortas. Its casual, cheerful atmosphere and focus on quality ingredients make it a go-to spot for a quick, satisfying meal or refreshing drink.

This place is still a great choice, but I have a couple of minor inconveniences with the food I get the Torta de Asada but one thing that I've experienced the last 2 times I've been there is that sometimes the Asada can have a lot of excess fat and turns out it becomes more chewy and I feel like that's sometimes that I hadn't really experienced in the past but other that still a great place. But also it can get pretty packed and if you are planning on eating there you might have to wait a bit for a table to open up, just a heads up. Updated review i went in for a torta de asada on the month of October of '24 and I'm not but i feel like food quality has drop down a bit because i got an asada torta but this time my torta had a lot of fat excess and it was not a great experience, i just hope I'm not the only one with this small inconvenience but i hope this get attended too.

They could be better but their customer service fails I could add 5 next time I come back
Basically, made my burrito totally wrong. Added whatever they wanted to add, feel like it was completely rude and racist. Never will I got to that location

A little bit too much cheese on the burritos and not enough other goodies. The juice had half foam and could be better strained
