Don't bother ordering from this place via Uber Eats. They get the orders wrong each time. It doesn't mention that they don't use fresh meat. The meat is old mean that they don't sell. Upper management should do something about this place. Worst Cancun restaurant of all.

Called in order and asked for no tomato but it seems like they understood extra tomato. I also didn’t get a dressing I go back to get one and guy gives me small salsa cup with ranch and it’s a huge salad. I tell him it’s typically a big one that it comes with and he continues to tell me no and I’d be charged if I want another one. I was over it at this point and paid for the extra one. This place sucks

It is a terrible place, bad service, bad and expensive food, it takes hours to deliver your order, there are cockroaches as you can see in the photo, it is a small one of many there are in the place, the food is not of the day, the beans, meats , soups, sauces, taquitos have been refrigerated for a long time and they only heat them, when there is time they do it on the stove but when not, they do it in the bus, the cashiers always have a bad face and it seems that they are asked for on credit, the food is Very expensive and it is not price quality but quite the opposite, it is a crappy place, if you have the opportunity to eat somewhere else, better eat somewhere else, I would like to give no stars because they do not deserve a single one

I went to get some cakes and some juices and a fruit, when he got to my car I thought of checking and I was missing a game and I came back and the very upset kid answered me,...... I order my juice and he demands the receipt, I told him the order number and he continues being rude and asking for the receipt, I return to my car and another thing is to walk to the park that I had parked on the other side of the store, OMG you can't imagine I was so tired and I had just had a week-long operation, so I decided to buy food for my children so I wouldn't cook and it was worse, I didn't feel good at all.

Order chilaquiles. (Chicken ) but honestly the texture was something different. Chicken tasted old. And the taste was not flavorful. Some pieces were completely dry. Like it was preheated. On the microwave. Found a piece of hair. Right when I was about to finish. My food yuck talk to the lady Manager When I told her. She wasn't able to. Help out didn't know what to do I didn't request a refund but an apology but not even that. Do not recommend it

A year ago this was a great place. I say that because I hadn't been here since. Now 6/15/24 , very dissatisfied. I have had better, fresher tasting food from a food truck. Tastes like frozen food, beans were over cooked. Best thing today was the salsa verde.
