Fernanda one of the cashiers charged me and said they didn't receive payment. Money was deducted from my account but still refused to give me my food when I showed them they charged me. I spoke to the manager and she was no help. I disputing that charges with my bank since they stole from me and they haven't given me my money back

I've been coming to Cancun juice for well over 20 years so when I say something is off believe me.
There's a lack of flavor coming from carnitas I don't know what they do differently here but it's not how it's done at the Euclid location.
