It being 12:58 am, I came to place my order, on the page it says that they close at 2am... And the girl who spoke through the horn only said: WE ARE CLOSE, however there were vehicles waiting for your order at the window and all the lights and screens were on, even the voice that welcomes and offers the new burger. What's wrong?... The schedule or just the guys didn't "want" to provide the service. ?

I crave carls maybe at least twice a month, and every time my bf comes back with the food, it's honestly sad. It's either my fries are cold, the burger is cold, or like today, the Big carl is a cheese burger. It doesn't even have the sauce that separates the two burgers..... again, it's sad, I guess the drive to the next Carls will be worth it, and you'll end up like KFC, shut down.

Very bad service, the truth is, one day I went to buy there and a hair came out on my potatoes, I went in a good manner to return it and the lady who started to stir it up, telling me that there was nothing, got upset and started making a mocking comment. In the end, I told her not to give me anything, not even the money, and I went until another person was there and told me that the customer service was bad, but I was telling her in a good way and in a low voice, but she was very rude. I don't know how they have people so like that
