Good food, but man the app and the coupons are so frustrating. Not specific about what counts and if it doesn't scan the workers just shrug and say sorry.
Because of this, I do not recommend Carl's Jr. and I really really don't recommend the app.

Ummmm the manager is holding customer food hostage..... is that even allowed? Customer paid their money waiting for their food to be delivered on time. She has no respect for customers valued time and money

Came here the other day, and the food was delicious. The only problem was the app... probably one of the worst apps up there with taco bell. It's limited my interactions with these business just because of the app. Popeyes has a better app even though they are slow as snail to get my food out. I'd rather go there and get some deals from there app then use apps that are a headache just to log into, let alone have a meal deal option. I remember as a kid I would get the cheapest possible option which was the spicy chicken sandwhich which was a good deal and now the closest thing to it is a mcchicken. I prefer carls jr but the past few years I find myself at McDonald's winning my business. I wish Carl's Jr could step up to the plate in these hard times so I can enjoy. For now I rarely stop by unless it's an emergency and I need to get food ASAP.

Fast food burgers. Carl's Jr. Has been a SoCal goto burger joint for decades. I just wish they still had what got them started, hot dogs. My favorite was the Chili Cheese Dog.

I ordered some burgers but found the taste and smell were not right. Not like I usually ordered it before. My first time that I had already thrown up. I checked burger was wrong something. I ask if my family does smell it. They said it was a bad smell. Your burger and BBQ sauce are expired. I want my money back.

Anabel needs to relax and breathe..... everything is going to be ok. Listen I've done all types of work but you gotta leave your short temperedness at the door, or go work at a better job. You can do better, attitude-wise and work-wise. I'm sorry I said if I asked twice to have my fries extra crispy 😔 I wasn't trying to get yelled at. God bless.
