I ordered some burgers but found the taste and smell were not right. Not like I usually ordered it before. My first time that I had already thrown up. I checked burger was wrong something. I ask if my family does smell it. They said it was a bad smell. Your burger and BBQ sauce are expired. I want my money back.

Anabel needs to relax and breathe..... everything is going to be ok. Listen I've done all types of work but you gotta leave your short temperedness at the door, or go work at a better job. You can do better, attitude-wise and work-wise. I'm sorry I said if I asked twice to have my fries extra crispy 😔 I wasn't trying to get yelled at. God bless.

This place needs to be looked into. The food I had on 12/26/24 made me sick. Gave me diarrhea for 2 days. I hope someone from corporate investigates on how the food is prepared and if the employees are adhering to any kind of sanitary/hygiene SOP's. One of the worst experiences I've had at a fast food restaurant (not sure if this should be considered a restaurant). People who work here should recognize that they are serving food that the customers are putting into their bodies for nourishment. They should realize and consider that people are paying their wages for a service that they provide. This place does not deserve any stars and employees need training or an overhaul of the staff.

The guy who took my order he said his name was Bryan.

He didn't quite understand Dr. Pepper as a drink. He kept saying Diet Coke.

The order took a long time after I had already paid I was sitting at the window for a good 5 minutes before they noticed I didn't get my food.

Extremely slow service. Not coming here ever again especially for a lunch break.

This place is terrible. They are very racist and very very rude. We wanted to upgrade our order and as we were trying to get the attention of the lady, she rudely looked at my husband with the most disrespectful look and didn't even respond to us at all.
We demanded our money back, and left.

if i coukd give zero stars for service i would. charged me for a large drink and gave me a medium . was dining in but staff didnt ask and bagged up the food. stood in empty line for 5min before served and to drive the insult home the racist staff immediately served the person behind me and brought the food to him. i hope the homeless people trash their bathroom. i intend to escalate yhe horrible experience i had there at lunch 16.83 wasted .awful location terrible i mean terrible lady behind counter today 8/23 @ 930 am

Asked for 2 plain spicy chickens with nothing on it. Dude said okay twice. Pulled up. Paid. Got my food. Check it out, and there was Mayo. I'm allergic to Mayo. So just threw my food out cause you hire idiots.

Oh yeah. Since he didn't put "plain" on my receipt, I can't even go back and get new ones.

Im dumbfounded. Literally, Never in my life have I ever imagined thought I’d be treated this way, especially being and the offense, rude, abusive and extremely derogatory towards my 11 yr old son and I. This manager/person who is dealing with customers needs help; and not in the way of the restaurant being too busy… but we are truly saddened due to the treatment, harassment and blatant delivery we received from this worker. My son was afraid to eat his food thinking the worker may have spit or something else cruel for no reason.
The torment and lack of decency was completely uncalled for. It started at the window, while ordering, the person was already not happy and being disrespectful by yelling at my son. We get to the window, I reached out as far as I could to get my change, the same worker instead of handing me my change literally said to me oh well and just left it on the drive thru counter. My son got out and grabbed the change but was obviously feeling just as confused as I but more so felt dejected.

I atill can’t believe that a person flipped my son off and I while slamming the window and smiling…. I just feel bad for the gentleman and I hope no one else had to go through this treatment and I can’t support this establishment anymore because of this horrible situation and person. We are kind, respectful and always say please and thank you again. This is a completely uncalled for and all the way I don’t hope anything bad ever happens to anybody. I hope that this gets rectified and again not known ever else has to go through this treatment while paying for food at a restaurant let alone anywhere for that fact. I left a message on the phone number and signed that’s listed out front but I’m not expecting anything from this just warning the local community it is in Santa Ana. What should I expect? I guess, but being a local in Irvine and treating my son to Carl’s Jr. never ever think Would occur let alone again anywhere else!

I’m praying for you bud, cause you’re one heartless, angry and the coldness in your heart heals ?? I hope your mistreatment, obscene behavior and whatever you might be going through today that caused you to act that way doesn’t get the best of you and you have a great rest of your night…

Order online and paid, when I went there to pick up, they refused very rudely to give me the food.
Doors were locked at 9:45 pm and asking me to come by car to get your order. I was staying in motel 6 just in front of the restaurant and have no car as I am traveller.
