Unfortunately I could not really rate the food, but the most important thing to me before even the food is customer service…..I cannot fathom a General Manager not being able to problem solve a very simple situation. I’m extremely upset and the worst part is, my experience along with my caregiver and my autistic son cannot be forgotten nor my wasted time can never replaced!! And all for a simple misunderstanding about the 2-5 pm happy hour deal!!

They serve rotten grilled chicken and I took mine back at first because it was clearly rotting and was Brown and black in different areas. They said they would get me a new piece of chicken but then the chicken that they gave me was actually worse and was completely rotted. I was completely disgusted and I threw the food away and cannot believe that Carl's Jr would serve something like that to make people violently ill I ate a small piece before throwing it away so hopefully I do not get terrible food poisoning but either way no one should be served that and they should take it off the menu if they cannot serve normal chicken without making people sick.

Food was great, fries were hot coming out, soda was on point, burger was juicy and well sauced. You can tell this Carls Jr takes pride in their food and service. Love the prices at this location as well as location.

The manager David at this location during the evening time, was very thorough and all around pleasant to help me at the window. I’m an annoying customer asking for extra sauce on the side that comes in a hamburger and not a usual condiment and David was so nice and didn’t care that I had asked or acted like I was taking it from his own personal stash. Thank you David and this Carl’s Jr is always having nice employees to order from and see at the window. Thank you guys 🫶🏼

Haven’t had a Carl’s Jr. burger in years so I decided to go ahead and get one with a chocolate shake. I would say the burger was about a three, the shake is about a four but overall, I wasn’t like blown away by it.
