Few things are more infuriating than looking at a menu, deciding what you want, then being told they don’t have that at this location. Seriously? Then why is it on the damn menu?

I regrettably got food poisoning from this establishment right before jumping on the plane. I took one bite of the breakfast sandwich and decided not to eat the rest of the food. I'm glad I did not finish the entire meal as I cannot imagine the level of distress it would have put on my body if I ate the entire combo.

Don't eat at this Carl's Jr. Go to one outside the airport. The workers here don't care if the order is correct and never check the burgers as they are finished making them. I wanted to try the Angus Western but got a famous star instead. Waffle fries here have zero seasoning, unless. Carl's Jr. waffle fried are that bad now. it would be better to let one of the other fast food brands take up the spot to serve better. Don't go here if you are in a hurry. FYI, it was $20.68 for the Angus combo and ended up with a famous star. Total ripoff.

Update: I think this reply is proof of being complacent. Why is it up to the customer to "fix the issue"? If your local manager doesn't know what's wrong with the store, that's on you. If you don't know how to take feedback like this post and fix what's wrong, oh well. You lost a customer.

Even at 5:30 in the morning, the person working the register was extremely positive and greeted each guest with enthusiasm and sincerity! Made my morning :)

Used to come here every time I was at the Santa Ana airport (2+ times a month) to get the impossible burger but they just dropped it off the menu leaving no good veggie options in this airport at all.

The wait wasn't too long when I was ordered.The food came out decent. I liked the breakfast egg burger and tater tots were crispy. For the price, it wasn't too bad.I'm glad there were outlets on the tables and for customers only.
