The wait wasn't too long when I was ordered. The food came out decent. I liked the breakfast egg burger and tater tots were crispy. For the price, it wasn't too bad.I'm glad there were outlets on the tables and for customers only.

Andrew was phenomenal! I watched this man single-handedly make food, take orders, make drinks, greet customers, talk to the BOH. He is a dynamo! Whoever Management is needs to TAKE NOTICE! He is a star player! A true ROCKSTAR! I am always in awe of people that maintain their composure under pressure who constantly keep a smile on their face who makes people smile I left there, feeling good... There's too many people in this world that don't care about their job. It is so evident that Andrew truly cares about his job... Stevie Wonder could see how much he cares about his job and how important customer service is to him. He should be recognized for that! As for the rest of the team. I didn't really interact with them...but Andrew was the stand out. The front runner. He needs to be promoted like now.I do have experience with hiring people and training... in my experience, I have found that the way that your employees work is how they've been trained to work. If Andrew trained people, you would have an amazing group of employees. I hope somebody is listening to me because you guys are really missing out and Andrew is one of the brightest shining jewels in your treasure chest of employees...take advantage of that (before someone offers him a better position with more money) and get him the education that your corporation requires that he needs so he can train other people! If you don't someone else will... Andrew, if you're seeing this, I want you to know you rock and if no one has told you today you're freaking awesome!

Stopped in for breakfast before my flight and it was pretty straightforward, no frills. There was no line, but people were waiting on food (didn't seem like they waited long). After ordering I got my food literally like 30 seconds after -- I ordered an egg, cheese and bacon burrito and it was probably already made, but it was still hot and tasted good. I stopped in at 6 am and the cashier seemed like she was still waking up, but other than that the experience was pretty quick and easy!

Horrible tasting. Horrible service. Asked for no pickle. There's a pickle. Cold. Dried out meat. Waiting over 15 minutes and just asked for tater tot's. Was tired of waiting. They never even dropped the fries. Cashier rude.

In the airport in Santa Ana, John Wayne airport. Food was good, kinda crazy atmosphere, because of location. Cleanliness could be better.

The service is what I want to bring out with this review. Andrew was working at the front - cashier, calling out orders, letting customers know if they couldn't fulfill an order, etc. He was great - he never got flustered, had a great attitude, and did his work well.I would go here again if I flew through Orange County.

Good enough food. Clean location in the seating area. Bummer that they didn't offer the star chicken nuggets at this location. That was what my son was excited for when he saw there was a Carl's Jr. The chicken strips seemed a bit old like they sat for a while. All drinks and condiments are behind the counter so you need to ask for it. They didn't ask nor provide ketchup, as an example. I had to go up and request it. I forgot to ask for ranch with everything feeling so off from what you would usually expect so I just said forget it. Lots of bar-level seating instead of comfy tables. Not bad but a little below what you would expect from a Carl's Jr. For two, it cost me about $35. Seemed steep. When it's late at an airport you don't really have an option and this guy the spot enough as we were really hungry hehe

Honestly, I don't eat at Carl's Junior, but for needing some decent protein at an airport this wasn't bad. Got the chicken tenders, they were hot and actually made out of chicken that was identifiable as chicken. Wish the lobby was a little cleaner.

Excellent customer service Especially from David and his crew.

The food is very gross. You ask your burger to be made a specific way, and it's completely butchered. Fries were cold. Totally over priced for what it is. Employees are a bunch of teenagers who look like they don't want to be there or even exist.

Good afternoon,Dined here today and the fat people jokes between the counter and kitchen were inappropriate as well as hearing an f-swear word while waiting in line to order food and pick up food. Perhaps go into the dining room and clean the filthy oily tables? The Angus burger served looks nothing like the photo on the wall. Mine was a grease ball overloaded with mayo and had no charcoal flavor. The fries were so greasy I threw most in the trash can.
