Stopped by for lunch and the team working here was on point. Super friendly and made the whole experience easy and chill. They helped me customize my order exactly how I wanted it, and even checked in to make sure everything was good. It's nice when the service matches the quality of the food. Definitely coming back.

Honestly, the customer service here makes a big difference. The staff is super welcoming and patient — they answered all my questions and even helped me figure out the best combo for what I was craving. You can tell they care about the experience, not just rushing people through the line. Food came out fresh and fast too. Solid spot if you're looking for good food and great service.

Came in for a quick bite and ended up finding my new go-to spot. The Philly cheesesteak was packed with flavor and cooked just right. The wings were crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and the sauces were actually really good — especially the hot honey. I also got one of the shakes and it hit the spot, super creamy without being too sweet. Everything came out fresh and the team was really chill and helpful. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area.

All fresh/plentiful sandwiches and fries. Only 2 employees at 5 o'clock working very hard. Clean bathroom. Thank you. They included napkins and coupons.

This was my first time trying Charleys Cheesesteaks. I’ve been meaning to get in to try it, so today was the perfect day since I was in the area shopping.

I ended up ordering a Chicken Philly without the peppers or mushrooms. I wasn’t aware that it came with tomatoes and mayo, I didn’t see it listed on the menu. I removed the tomatoes and kept the mayo and I’d say paired with the onions, lettuce and seasoned chicken, it’s a nice fulfilling bite. But come to think of it, it didn’t come with any provolone cheese so that’s disappointing. I also ordered Cajun fries, but I think they came a bit too seasoned. I had to add extra ketchup lol.

I also ordered a Cookies and Cream shake, but when I ordered it (Aracely) told me that I couldn’t add it to my combo meal. I had to buy it separately. Which is also odd, because the Charleys Cheesesteak App allows me to add a shake to a combo meal so I’m not sure why it doesn’t apply in-store.

The food is good, though the confusion threw me a little off, between the ingredients on my sandwich, to ordering a shake with my combo.

But, with Aracely’s kindness and sweet service, it makes it worth to consider visiting again. Thanks Aracely!

I like the food here. Especially the boneless🍗 chicken. The ice cream cone here are so good and it's only $ 1 . I go there twice a day just for the ice cream

As a former Marylander, I am so glad that Charley's Cheesesteaks was brought to California. I remember this food chain from the East Coast, and I was told from a local Californian that they never heard of this place before so that's why I know Charley's is rather new on the West Coast.

Good service.

Ordered a combo online, first sip of Coke had what looks like coffee grounds in it. No idea what it is cause I spit it out. Not ordering for here again.
