I like the food here. Especially the boneless🍗 chicken. The ice cream cone here are so good and it's only $ 1 . I go there twice a day just for the ice cream

As a former Marylander, I am so glad that Charley's Cheesesteaks was brought to California. I remember this food chain from the East Coast, and I was told from a local Californian that they never heard of this place before so that's why I know Charley's is rather new on the West Coast.

Good service.

Ordered a combo online, first sip of Coke had what looks like coffee grounds in it. No idea what it is cause I spit it out. Not ordering for here again.

Not sure how to rate my experience. Food was pretty good but after hearing directly from employee that there is “black stuff in the water” and that’s why she “refuses” to give out water cups. I started second guessing things. If you buy lemonade, the employee goes to the same drink machine for the ice. No signs or anything saying don’t use the water dispenser. My Girlfriend topped off her lemonade with the water not knowing any of this. It wasn’t until we asked for a water cup that this all happened.

The entertainment is nice tho. Homeless people coming in barefoot after rummaging the trash can outside the window. And then being sold ice cream cones right at the counter. One of the homeless ladies bought 2 ice creams and was making some concoction outside the window with a big gulp cup she cut open.

Food- pretty good, suspicious of cleanliness
Service- originally good but debatable.

Probably won’t return to this location.

This Charley's location is the best! It's always super clean, the employees are so friendly and helpful, and they take pride in their work and the food they serve! Jose G is hands down, the best!!! He is the face of this store and he's the reason we go out of our way to visit this specific location! He has such great work ethic and it's apparent in everything he does! If you give this place a try, you'll see exactly what we're talking about! Wonderful people, great customer service, and delicious, fresh food, every time! This Charley's is awesome! 😁

Service and atmosphere are very good, but sometimes the food is not enough good. When I always order Old school sandwich, the cheese and the sautéed onions are not sufficient in the sandwich. Sometimes they put enough and sometimes not. I’m wondering if they put enough cheese in the sandwich.

This place has some very consistent food. Cant go wrong with the Philly cheesesteak,wings, cajun fries, milkshake and the lemonade. When u say i was full, i was full. I dont eat Philly cheesesteaks much but this place makes me want some more. Their wings hit also. I got the cajun rub and thai flavor. Super dupper yummy. I had to get my cookies and cream shake. That was refreshing on a hot day. They have three types of lemonade, regular lemon, strawberry and peach. All three were delicious. When you go, get the big philly cheese steaks. It had all tyoes of good topping, pickles, lettuce, tomato’s, onions, bell peppers, delicious cheese all wrapped up with the meat. Yummy yummy in my tummy… now for yes cajun fries, YES!!! Finally a place that seasons their fries with cajun seasoning. If you go? Choose the cajun fries first
