As a former Marylander, I am so glad that Charley's Cheesesteaks was brought to California. I remember this food chain from the East Coast, and I was told from a local Californian that they never heard of this place before so that's why I know Charley's is rather new on the West Coast.

This Charley's location is the best! It's always super clean, the employees are so friendly and helpful, and they take pride in their work and the food they serve! Jose G is hands down, the best!!! He is the face of this store and he's the reason we go out of our way to visit this specific location! He has such great work ethic and it's apparent in everything he does! If you give this place a try, you'll see exactly what we're talking about! Wonderful...

Service and atmosphere are very good, but sometimes the food is not enough good. When I always order Old school sandwich, the cheese and the sautéed onions are not sufficient in the sandwich. Sometimes they put enough and sometimes not. I’m wondering if they put enough cheese in the sandwich.
