Charleys Cheesesteaks

I made an app order and instead of The Outlet at Orange it was for here. I had a movie premier I had to attend and called to cancel my order but the phone number goes straight to voicemail and then says voicemail is full. I did contact with email and submitting on app but no contact.

Best place to eat. I came here to get my wings. I had rewards in my app but it wasn't working. But the two here that work there help me. And they gave me a discount for the trouble of the app. I really appreciate everything that they did thank you guys. The wings were and always the best. food is great, service maybe a little welcoming or smile from the cashier she looks mad every time someone goes to the counter.

I just ordered at around 5:30pm, it was just me, they were not busy at all. I ordered a small Phillycheese steak no onions no green peppers.

Why did I receive a sandwich with everything in it?? Why do the employees just ignore your request? This is my first time eating here and it has left a sour taste in my mouth at the sheer lack of attention. I ordered ONE ITEM and I was the only customer. Very simple and hard to mess up, I can't imagine what its like during a rush. Avoid. Or train your employees again.

The meat on my sandwich was very chewy and not good the lettuce was old and you can see through it not good it made my stomach hurt..I love eating at Charleys but this location wasn't for us .. I was there yesterday...

They need to get people who listen better. Came and asked for a chicken Philly with the ultimate fries. When I got my order I ended up getting the Philly cheesesteak and regular fries. Went up to cashier and told them my order wasn’t right. They checked my receipt and they said that’s what I ordered. I know what I ordered and that wasn’t right . I just accepted it as what I paid for. And to make it worse I found a hair on one of my fries just when I was about to finish them

Awesome sandwiches. Taste amazing. They always have a lunch special, which is really good for under $10 dollars. Food is always hot and fresh.

I got the teriyaki sandwich. It came with mushrooms/onions/peppers. When I didn't seem them at first, I asked them. They insisted they were on there "with the meat". It was covered in cheese, so on good faith left it at that, and went home. When I got home, after i took my first bite and looked through the cheesy mess, there weren't any. It only had mayo--i thought it was supposed to have some kind of teriyaki sauce, too? I recommend watching them while they make it. This isn't the first time I've witnessed this, which is why I'm reviewing it now.

Terrible—the meat, I didn't taste any seasoning, I had to put some seasoning on myself. The bread is not suitable for a Philly and there is barely any cheese (I added extra cheese)—terrible, but hey I got a deal for 20 bucks on Uber eats so??

The lady who’s supposed to be the supervisor has the worst attitude. I couldn’t hear the first time when she was taking my order, and she got mad and yelled at me. She looks like she’s doing her job agains her will ….

I love their Cheesesteaks but I hate being cheated!I order a cheesesteak sub and decided to make it a combo by adding fries and a drink.The person taking my order grabbed a cup and asked me “ is this ok” I replied and said “that’s fine”. He rung up my order and I noticed the total seemed higher then it should be. After looking at the credit card machine I noticed notice I was charged higher for making my meal a combo.I asked him why my combo add on is more then on the menu. Miguel said that it was because “ you requested an upsize”. I did not request anything, he never told me the cup he showed didn’t come with my meal or that it cost more. He seemed annoyed that he had to dump out the drink in a smaller cup and charge me the right amount.I hate these deceitful practices, how many people don’t notice they are being up sold? How many people notice but are uncomfortable with speaking up? This practice is not ok and should be stopped.On a side note, the two ladies that made my order were working hard and quickly. I got my order in no time and the sub tasted great.
