So I ordered the carnitas bowl and I always added extra topping and what not, but supposedly the employees this time around thought that my carnitas bowl didnât need actual carnitas/meat in the bowl? It practically looks like the veggie option.
The way I ordered it was quite simple and easy to read and I donât understand how one would read the bowlâs description and think âhmm, well guess they didnât want meat on their bowlâ, if Iâm paying over $12 for a medium sized bowl, including small portions, Iâd expect at least for the employees to know which bowl is which.

Came in for a bowl And I asked the girl for more steak meat and she just does less then half a spoon Like dam girl your BIG enough let everyone else eat She then gives me less of everything I ask for. Sorry you have to let others eat before yourself.

I ordered a large guacamole and chips. The chips I recieved were hard and tasted stale. When I went back in to ask for fresh chips she gave me more stale chips and said they are all made at the same time with a very rude attitude. She did not offer any kind of help or solution, instead she just kept handing me bags of stale hard chips like I was a nuisance to her. Her attitude was poor and you could tell she didn't want to be there, so I left unsatisfied with stale chips which is upsetting because I love Chipotle chips and guacamole. I do not recommend going to this store. ?

I come here because it's the closest Chipotle, that's it. I loathe coming here. Customer service is non-existent and they always mess up something in my order. I buy chips, they forget to give me chips. I buy 1 bowl, they charge me for 3 bowls. Ridiculous... this place needs an overhaul of management/training.

Unfriendly service. I was the first customer of the day and was not even greeted. Food was not fresh. Lettuce was old and brown. When asked if I could get other lettuce because it looked old, employee stated it all looked like that. Increasing prices and diminished portion sizes. I will not be returning to this establishment.
