After long time I visited this place to get Chipotle bowl they charged near morethan $15 ,I know the food quality will be consistent but this place ! I think the servicestaffs are not put fresh on the line. Also looks spoiled roman lettuce .when I ask with the staff !! The way of Behavior and service of attitude was made me feel bad also when she serve the food she was rudely answering when i have a question about the food .finally the food quality was honestly very less even i didn't took any of rice , just corn stak lettuce the spicy sauce , it's was upset even not it half bowl i count it my self once reached home , the meat i got totaly 7 smaller pieces. also After i Turing back ! She's talk about me with other colleague and loughing . I love Chipotle food quality but when I have this kind of experience!! I don't want to go again . Not recommended this place until staff Behaviorchanges .

The atmosphere was disgusting. When making my burrito the kid(male) did a poor job. Was in a bad mood. When adding veggies to my burrito he grabbed whatever was left in the container and with his glove covered hand, he grabbed some veggies that fell on the surface, dragged them to him and threw them on my burrito. Then when he was rapping up my burrito he sneezed 2 times behind him while my burrito was unwrapped. The wrapped up aluminum is filled with cream and didnt care to clean it up or even offer napkins. Never going to Chipotle on Mc Fadden. They should fire that kid.

I got a burrito on 9-16-25 and it tasted horrible. The rice was hard as a rock and chicken was burnt. I also got a side of vintage and it tasted nothing like how any other chipotle tastes. I never even write reviews so save yourself from going here it’s horrible. Doesn’t even taste like chipotle.

Worst chipotle to ever order from they can’t follow simple directions and constantly mess up orders I got someone else food in my order. They also messed up another order by adding topping not requested like what is goin on with the staff can’t they learn to read orders and follow directions this is ridiculous.

So I ordered the carnitas bowl and I always added extra topping and what not, but supposedly the employees this time around thought that my carnitas bowl didn’t need actual carnitas/meat in the bowl? It practically looks like the veggie option.
The way I ordered it was quite simple and easy to read and I don’t understand how one would read the bowl’s description and think “hmm, well guess they didn’t want meat on their bowl”, if I’m paying over $12 for a medium sized bowl, including small portions, I’d expect at least for the employees to know which bowl is which.

I ordered a large guacamole and chips. The chips I recieved were hard and tasted stale. When I went back in to ask for fresh chips she gave me more stale chips and said they are all made at the same time with a very rude attitude. She did not offer any kind of help or solution, instead she just kept handing me bags of stale hard chips like I was a nuisance to her. Her attitude was poor and you could tell she didn't want to be there, so I left unsatisfied with stale chips which is upsetting because I love Chipotle chips and guacamole. I do not recommend going to this store. ?
