Highly recommend this cafe. Great customer service, friendly personnel & their food is delicious. Shawarma chicken bowl is to die for, a must try! It was so good that I didn’t even take a picture but I’ll definitely be back again.

Food portion and quality was good. New cashier didn't explain that there was an upcharge for choosing panini bread for my sandwich. Posted menu price didn't match what they charged me, there was a 35 cent difference. Service was fast and friendly. Manager apologized for poorly trained cashier and pricing issue. I will come back again.

Panini sandwich not very good. One thin slice of turkey, pretty bland; basically you get the bread and vegetable. They also take cash only even though they do accept credit payment. They discourage you to use credit cards. I would rather they be up front rather than deceive customer that machine doesn’t work. I see customers after me use it when they state they don’t have cash. Geez

In a parking lot structure. Tables are in parking places. No bathroom. When I went to the counter they didn't know what milk alternatives were. They pointed to a regular bottle of milk in a convenience store fridge and Said," we only have this milk". I'd swear I was caught in the twilight zone. Is Downtown Santa Ana stuck in the 50's ? I am also AMAZED that there are NO less than 5* reviews. This place is garbage. I wouldn't get coffee there if my life depended upon it.

Being a regular from the same building at this quaint cafe, every sandwich has never let me down. The breakfast king is the go to; it is a generous size and you can add any veggies you want! The owner is very friendly and you can tell he loves running his business. All jurors who don't visit this cafe are missing out!

Food is pretty decent, made with a lot of love and most importantly way better than what you get in the courthouse cafeteria. They also got a surprisingly nice area to eat, lounge, pull out a laptop and do work (wifi and outlets). Good people behind the counter
