Very bad service, we ordered three cinnabons, and they were all undercooked. we were practically eating raw dough, and when we told the lady at the cash, she was very rude and didn't want to even hear our complaint, although we didn't want anything in return. It's definitely the last time visiting or eating here.

I informed the manager Yulie and her coworker Kaylie that I dropped my cinnamonn roll on the floor. They immediately resolved the issue with excellent service. I was compensated with a hot and fresh cinnamon roll straight out the oven! They are the best! Every time I come they have great customer service.

People love cinnamon rolls, but we know Cinnabon is different. These prices have definitely gone up. Best time to buy a box is on Tuesdays. A 9 pack is $16...ouch. They are easy to heat and serve. In 2 days, almost half gone. The stars are for the price & flavor. I think when you buy a fresh one its definitely better than the boxed. Maybe its just appreciated more.

Had a mini roll with almonds I believe and it was just the right size for me compared to the bigger one. I don’t like sweets too much, but I come here when I am craving something sweet. I came back to ask for a receipt and the cashier was very friendly. I apologized and went on my way.
