Horrible service, I ordered 2 weeks ago, to be exact, on January 12, a stitch cake for today, January 23, at 4pm, which I called early to let them know that my sister would stop by at 3pm, which the girl named Nena told me. He said it was fine that he would have it ready at that time, but everything was very bad, my sister arrived around 2:30 and the bakery was closed with a sign that said they were returning to the 1:30 which was not true, they arrived until 3:30 and when my sister asked about the cake it was not yet ready and they had lost the photo of the design she had ordered, I clarify that the cake was ordered a long time in advance and It was paid in full so they wouldn't have it ready on time, if they had an emergency they had my number to let me know that the cake wouldn't be ready so I could have done other things and not waste time waiting for them to arrive and finish the cake. , VERY BAD SERVICE I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AVOID BEING COURAGE!

Would definitely not recommend this place. This used to be my family’s go to place for cakes and for items imported from Mexico. However we have been having an ongoing issue with the lady who works there by the name of Brenda I believe. This is the second time we call to place in an order and she fails to take note of it. I ordered a cake for my birthday to pick up a week prior but I went in today and the said cake was not there and the lady never took note of it so I purchased a different cake instead only for the cake to be spoiled. I called in and the lady didn’t acknowledge that she took my order and claimed that if she would have then she would have a note and proceeded to ask if I left the cake out, like really??? Even my mom spoke to her to place the order and knows that once we purchased the cake we went straight home and put it in the fridge mind you it was less than 15 minutes to get home. She did try to get me to get another cake but I asked for a refund. I did go in for my refund and took the cake that we had sliced. They still didn’t believe me and had to try it to make sure it was spoiled. Thankfully the guy who attended me was still there but the lady I spoke to and failed to take my order didn’t even bother to come to the front. Overall the service and quality of their food has gone down. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I ordered a birthday cake for my husband tres leches and flan a week ahead and they gave me only tres leches when I pick up.found out both are same price.Husband was also asked to pay full price asking him if he wanted black frosting for writing and also to my surprise they were charging him full price when they took all that down when I paid full price a week ahead can't trust them for special days .

Went in there yesterday with my mom. The lady working there (maybe the owner) looked mad. No matter how much we smiled and were polite asking for bread she never smiled. Super unfriendly. The place looks forgotten you'd think with no one in there the lady would've been more helpful or friendly to get us to go back. The food was out with no covers and flies were all over it. Years ago I ordered a white round cake with a red border I showed up and there was star confetti all over it. I said that's not what I ordered she asked if I wanted it off, yes of course made me wait over an hour for him to finish the cake he was working on and then work mine. Mind you I was 3 hours past my pick up time and I was standing in there waiting for him to finish the cake he was working on. I pledged to never go back but the Chinese food is right next door and my mom wanted sweet bread. I thought we'd give it a try. I don't recommend this place and I will definitely never go back

Ellos como negocio tienen que saber que si ordenan tienen que recojer sus pedidos, ellos me ordenaron en mi negocio y nunca pasaron solo me dejaron en visto, talvez necesitan que le hagan eso a ellos tambien, que les ordenen pasteles y no los recojan.
