I stopped by with a friend to get some lunch-dinner, but I remembered that last time they took so long to prepare my meal do I decided to get only coffee, my friend ordered her food. The coffee was really cold, nicely I asked for more coffee or if they can heat up my cup of coffee, this young man offered to make some more fresh coffee, after 15 minutes I checked it but wasn’t ready, after 30 minutes, again, nothing was there, after 50 minutes we decided to leave and I asked for my refund, the manager in charge was really rude, disrespectful, treated me like I just wanted a free coffee because she mentioned it. She said she returned the money to my credit card, and I paid cash, so she never did. This place is so unethical, taken so long to fulfill any food order, service people don’t know what they are doing, so please do yourself a favor, don’t waste your time on this place, you are going to be disappointed.

I have been to this specific coffee more than 20 times and there would be sometimes either long time wait, dirty tables or cold coffee and not fresh at all and I didn’t complain until today because of this lady whose name (Robi) who’s a new manager as i told from other manager and last three visit I went there i noticed that she’s so disrespectful by the way she speaks, bad attitude, too loud for no reason and really unprofessional. But i decided to write review today because i ordered simple order like every time which is Avocado wrap and it is only (Avocado and eggs) but i noticed after I ate some of it that there was bacon in it which I’ve never eaten and not allowed to eat, so i was like this is too much i talked to the other manager about everything and he was polite and professional and told he will take care of that. This is really not acceptable to be this unprofessional, bad attitude, loud in mean way and can’t even put the right order because you not focused on what you supposed to be doing which has to be the opposite of all that and now i understand why this branch has so many bad reviews not like the other branches I’ve always been to. This is again unacceptable

Terribly slow, two sandwiches (extremely small portion - breakfast) iced coffee, it took 40 mins to get my food and drink. No motivation in that team, no enthusiasm, no energy.

My favorite corner bakery. Out of the way and peaceful. Grab a coffee and sit outside.**update still great location but corner bakery's portion size and quality has gone way down.

Asked for cob salad and the chicken came frozen with ice in them ..very bad don't know if they were having a bad day but that is not an excuse to bring frozen chicken literary from the freezer ...thro them away ...will not go back there again...

I brought my family here for breakfast on a Friday morning around 10am. The visit left much to be desired. I’ve always like corner bakery, so I had relatively high expectations since our experience is usually pretty great. That’s being said, this location needs a lot of help. First off, where’s the staff? When we walked in the only soul that could be found in the restaurant was the person taking orders. She was polite and communicated well. As I wrapped up my order and turned the corner to grab some coffee. That’s when I started noticing issues. Second point, about 90% of the tables were dirty. And I know in some of the shots you can see clear tables so I made it a point to take close ups of those tables and you can see they’re actually filthy. The coffee bar was ok but again, not clean. There were also no napkins. As I served my coffee, I noticed that 4 staffers were all on break on that little corner by the coffee bar. That’s just bad scheduling and no wonder nothing was being cleaned. As I went to sit down to drink my coffee, I noticed it wasn’t even hot. It was lukewarm at best. I went to serve myself a new one (different flavor) and same thing. I ended up not adding half and half so that the temperature of the coffee would stay relatively warm. My wife mentioned this to who we think was the manager and he got a girl on the coffee. Everyone just seemed aloof. When our food came, it was decent but not to the standard of other CB’s. My son’s fruit was clearly not fresh, the cantaloupe and watermelon clearly looked like they had been out for a while. My wife asked for a new cup and that one did look fresh so we were grateful for that. Really the best thing at this location are the sweet crisps. Overall this location is just not up to the standard of other CB’s I’ve been to. They need some strong leadership to turn this place around. We will not be coming back until then. If you’re looking for a similar option, I’d hop over to Panera on Bristol that place is always on point and not far from here.

I'm honestly surprised they don't have a much higher rating, I ordered a half Panini soup combo and did not expect gourmet-level ingredients, every bite was delicious and flavorful and even though I just discovered this place yesterday, I just put my second order in today! A new favorite for sure

Vegetarian options: The cheese Panini is incredible and you can add avocado, onion, tomato and other toppings, they also have delicious soups and salads

Our company placed a last minute order in person at this location. We could not place an order via the website at the Irvine, CA location and could not reach them by phone. The phone would ring several times and then shut off. So we called the Santa Ana location (Sunflower) to be sure Santa Ana was open. Next we had an issue with placing the order via the website at Santa Ana. So I went there personally to place and get the 13 person order. The young lady who took the order and assembled it was personal, professional, communicative, accurate and fast. The order was taken just before 12 noon on Thursday, 8-8-2024. Someone from the corporate office should acknowledge her for being an exemplary employee. This is coming from someone with nearly 40 years in the restaurant industry. These type of service is exactly how it should be done. Thanks and I am so sorry I forgot to get your name!
