Good food good prices nice atmosphere
This is a good breakfast diner. I ordered the rodeo with the biscuits and gravy. My husband ordered the short stack. It was the perfect amount of food for the two of us to share. The pancakes were fluffy, piping hot, and delicious. Definitely visit here for the pancakes. We definitely preferred them to the biscuits and gravy. We also had good customer service. This place is worth a visit.
Many options on the menu. Biscuits and gravy is white gravy with pieces of sausage added. Something to get if you go. You can order it in place of your toast. The waffle came with fresh strawberries. Strawberries were sweet and good time to get them since they are in season. Was expecting it to be more decorated on the outside and just some old pictures on the wall with worn in booths but overall the food is the star.
Let me start with service was great Fabian went above and beyond. Food decent, restruant was extremely warm no AC. Javier who stated was the owner had horrible customer service and lacked profesionalism. Will not come here again.
Amazing. This crew works their butts off and there’s always a line out the door. Yet, we only waited about 20 minutes for our table. They turn tables over so quickly. Food comes fast but there is NO sacrifice in quality! The food was delicious. The ONLY advice I have is to come in parties of 4 or less. There are only a few tables that hold 5+ people so the wait will be longer. But it’s so worth it. We visit this place every time we come to California and we will continue to do so!
Oh my god it is delicious The food there you people have to try it very friendly lots of room
Food was delicious and the service was great! Breakfast all day, they open at 6am!! Definitely adding it to my favorites!
What a great find. Great food and service. Definitely will be back
If you’re not white or dress, well, they’ll give you a really bad service they’ll get other ppl who came after you their food first or they won’t go to ur table after u get ur food to refill ur drinks or see if you need anything
I saw a review from a few weeks ago about slow service. I experienced quick service by welcoming, attentive servers with great smiles and friendly attitudes.

First time visit, and the food was delicious. Prices were reasonable and service was friendly. Let us not forget the banna bread. The best I ever had
Came from Canada and decided to look up the local breakfast restaurants and this location peeked my interest, more of a cozy, smaller restaurant which always tends to have the best food.
Which it did! The food was delicious, eggs were done perfectly to my liking, plenty of home fries, the sausage/bacon was delicious and the pancakes hit the spot!
The most impressive thing here was the quality of service, the staff were incredibly kind, fast and courteous, coffee refills were fast and plenty, from the time I ordered , the food must've came within 5 mins, it felt so quick .
If I am ever back in California, I'm definitely coming here again

Go here only if you have plenty of time.
I went for breakfast before 11:30am with a clear idea of what would order to beat the lunchtime rush. I got coffee fairly quickly, but it took 10 min to order.
It took what seemed a normal prep time of 20+ minutes for the food to arrive as early lunch arrivals filled all the tables.
The server didn’t hear my order right and brought the wrong meat on my "Meat Lovers". It was corrected fairly quickly, but of course, only the meat was warm when it was re-served.
I hungrily cleaned my plate. It was another 10 minutes waiting to get the check.
Overall, I spent nearly 1½ hours trying to get a quick breakfast.
Though the helper came by with fresh coffee often enough, I was reminded of how I felt about a year ago when I first visited. It was an annoyed feeling of invisibility and not being heard.
The bottom line is,...
Food was really good.
Experience?... not so much.
I DID get through my email backlog. If I wasn't alone, there was plenty of time for talking.

John Wayne themed and a great spot for breakfast!
My girlfriend and I arrived a little over an hour after they opened. There were only 3 or 4 other parties inside so we got seated immediately (we actually sat ourselves in a little booth). Shortly after, it started getting a little busier.
Fickled between breakfast and lunch food, I ended up ordering the Chipotle Chicken Sandwich. My girlfriend got the Big Mini Breakfast, and we ordered a Banana Loaf to share. After placing our order it only took about 10 minutes to receive everything.
How was it?
- Chipotle Chicken Sandwich: Chicken breast, romaine lettuce, tomato, and avocado with chipotle mayonnaise on a French roll. It was decent sized and the chicken was good. Overall it had good flavor. For my side I had chosen fries (because I love fries). They were OK, a little more soggy than I would've liked.
- Big Mini Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 bacon, toast, and hashbrowns (her choice). She said the food was good but the potatos were a little undercooked inside.
- Banana Loaf: A thick slice of banana bread (?), topped with whipped butter. Sweet, but not too sweet. Pieces of walnuts and raisins here and there. Moist and heavy. Pretty good.
Service was good, multiple people checked up on our table and made sure we were doing OK.
Parking wasn't bad considering it's the weekend and we got there early. I can see how it could be an issue during the week ot when it gets busy.
Worth a shot!
Best place for breakfast!
