I stopped by this place for lunch during jury duty, and I was quite disappointed. (It was busy, which I understand, given the location, and that I went during rush hour.)My order was a 1/2 hot sandwich and 1/2 salad. I opted for the chicken melt, and unfortunately, it was the driest sandwich I've had to date. The flavor was lacking from the chicken breast. Which made my sandwich dry and sad. I don't know if the restaurant just forgot to include any sauce on my bread. However, the Caesar salad that came with the sandwich was decent though. I don't know if I will come back here again.I would describe this as a sad sandwich indeed.

I had a hectic day today running errands that I made a mistake on my order. Everyone there helped me out and I was able to get it taken care of with no problem. Customer service is great and so is the place. I love coming here, and will continue to. I recommend this place for anyone craving a good meal (and great service)!!!!

The ONLY downside to this restaurant is lack of parking. Santa Ana drastically reduced on-street parking to accommodate the trolley (coming...some day). So the only parking is in the too-small structure behind the restaurant.
