We were visiting from Seattle and decided to try this Persian restaurant — and it did not disappoint! The food was authentic and delicious, and the portions were generous. Marciano was fantastic — he gave us great recommendations and made us feel very welcome. The decor and atmosphere were beautiful and inviting, adding to the whole experience.
We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in town and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent Persian food!

I don't understand why you have to open such a big and expensive restaurant to charge people for it and sell expensive, poor quality food. I experienced the worst cherry polo there. Small, poor quality, expensive food.I don’t recommend at all
Had dinner at Darya’s in Costa Mesa for my husbands birthday, to say it was a disappointment is an understatement!!! Starting with the Shiraz salad, was tasteless & a waste of 11.00$ it went downhill from there. The Tadig was to hard to eat, it seemed that it was cooked days before. the Chelo Koobide, the chelo soltano were uneatable, bland & tasteless. Every single dish we ordered was such a let down. I really don’t know who they have cooking the Persian dishes but we have never had worst Persian food, even fast food kabob places taste better, they should be ashamed to charge the prices they do for the awful food they serve. Needless to say it was not an enjoyable experience & would never ever recommend this place to anyone. I’m being generous by giving the a one star, waste of time & money.

Went here the other day and was very satisfied. The service is very professional and friendly, the atmosphere was elegant but relaxed, and the food was very delicious. The basmati rice was cooked perfectly and was fluffy which I enjoyed. I would definitely recommend coming here again.
