Its hit or miss with stale tortillas. I get it, it's cheap fast food but whoever puts those soft tacos together knows they are handling rigid, stale tortillas. Cheap food is one thing, consistency is something very different. That factor alone makes me hesitant to get food here.

Gerardo is great example of the service industry. I informed them of my allergy to cilantro so no tomatoes. At the counter he said guacamole also has it and recommended I get something else. Thank you!!

Came here with my mother, she had ordered a dessert to go with her food, they forgot to put it, she called the restaurant and they were so polite! And when she mentioned her missing food next time we came, they happily gave it to us with no added charge, staff are polite and place is relatively welcoming!
