You could find a nicer del taco not far. Nothing against this del taco. Just the area it's in is not great. There is no dine in only drive thru and ordering at the window for take out.

So they don't allow you to walk in and order because of the homeless people hanging around ..so why have a window to order from if your not going to attend it. I was standing for almost 10 minutes and the lady just looked at me and didn't bother to tell me to wait or anything just got ignored

This location is insane, they add 1$ per item you buy. Everywhere else i buy 2 chicken rollers for 4.31$. While in this location it cost $5.22. Literally they are charging $2.39 for one chicken roller. While it is supposed to be $1.79… oh I forgot this is Santa Ana, the entire city is corrupt, no wander fast food store do what they want … please people don’t give them a reason to continue stealing us… just boycott this location …

I came here with my dad. He needed to use the restroom and no public restroom available. The lady that serves at the mobile service window was nice at first but when I asked her what does the steak burrito have she's told me it's right there. That does not help me to stare at a picture when I cannot see the exact things that are in it. She wouldn't answer my question regarding the ingredients. Since there's no restroom available for my dad who needed to use it I just left and went across the street to the yellow basket.

Ordered Mexican food through the drive thru and the staff ask me what kind of sauce? I mentioned couple mild hot sauce and when I went back to my office, no sauce. Fortunately, we had couple Taco Bell sauce. Come on, if you ask, how do you forget the sauce at a Mexican fast food joint? It’s like ordering a sushi without a soy sauce.
