However, Michelle was an exceptional server, providing top notch attention to her customers and having a charming and friendly demeanor. I ordered my food online at 10. Got to the restaurant at 10:30, I kept asking every 20 mins for updates to my order. I didn’t receive my food until 11:50 and when I asked to speak to the manager. All I was told was “sorry the kitchen had lost the ticket” I wasted over an hour and 20 mins for my food and that’s all I was told.

The food was good. The service was ok in the beginning but I ate so much that I fell asleep for a few minutes and woke up to my server kicking me out of this Denny's location because I was asleep. I literally spent Thanksgiving alone and this was the cherry on top for worst Thanksgiving ever. Shout-out to my server.

The food was pretty good compared to other Denny’s I’ve been to and though there was one server there during the time, the server Alessandra came and was very attentive to me and girlfriend at the table. She was always checking up on us every minute or so to make sure everything was ok making sure that our experience at Denny’s was welcoming.
