Very bad behavior and complete disrespect to the customer. Today, 08/13/2025 at 1 pm, I went to this branch to order pizza and I was faced with very bad behavior from the only employee of this branch and the quality of the pizza was very low. He didn't even cut the slices of this pizza completely and we had to cut it into pieces by hand.don’t order pizza from this place.

I ordered delivery and the driver left my order at apartment ‘A’ when I live in apartment ‘D’. Unfortunately, the person in ‘A’ kept my order and claimed they never saw it. Shame on them but also on the driver who didn’t pay attention to the Unit letter on the door. Now, I will not tip ahead of time like I normally do on any of my deliveries from any company. If it actually gets delivered to my apt this time, I will within the next couple of days,l deliver a cash tip to the store for the driver. Last time I didn’t get my $30 plus a tip order and all I got was a free medium pizza. Not to mention, I went hungry that night.

My Pizza at Dominoes was thin and tasted good, the only issue we had were the chicken wings. I don’t recommend them. They are too fatty, hardly any chicken on them and we were not happy with the results. I guess because we had a huge craving for them. Spent too much for poor quality chicken.

NEVER EAT HERE! BEWARE! DO NOT WASTE A DIME HERE. The worst pizza I have every eaten, literally threw it to the trash instead of eating it. I rather drink water. The guy who works there is MISERABLE, he has horrible customer service skills. I would not recommend to go. The pizza taste like a frozen cardboard box. They did not even heat it up. I had to come home and try to reheat it and add cheese and butter with ranch and salsa, AND ITS STILL SUCKED!!! YUCK!

Ordered said it was delivered, I called the restaurant and they blamed it on the system but said it would arrive soon. Showed up about 30 minutes later then it was supposed to and was cold, pizza box was crushed as well.

8/20/24 @ 6pm. Pizza was delivered to wrong address. I called the store to let them know, the girl who answered was extremely rude and should not be in a customer service position. She hung up on me twice while trying to figure this out. I asked her to just cancle my order the second time I called back and when I asked if I could speak to the manager about getting my cancelation receipt she said I cant because he only speaks spanish, which is most likely a lie and if it's not that's ridiculous. 20 mins later a cold pizza showed up at my door, the delivery guy was very nice and apologetic though.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They forgot half of my order and said “they would come back” and never did. Couldn’t get a refund, only 60 points towards another pizza. Kind of hilarious Domino’s thinks that’s cool. Lol. Anyways, will not do business with them again. I suggest you don’t either.
