Order took over one hour and thirty minutes to complete and delivered to my house and I'm less than a mile away, midway I tried calling to request a refund because my family was watching a game that was about to finish and nobody picked up. By the time my pizza arrived it was already below room temperature, meaning that it was probably sitting in their kitchen for some time. This level of rudeness and laziness is very upsetting and concerning. I felt bad for the delivery man Marcelino because he had to endure complaints my family had with the order so I tipped him myself. I don't know how many workers there are here but this place needs new or ACTUAL management, otherwise remove the place from our area. Absolutely not ordered nor recommending from this location ever again.

Order pizza at this location on Saturday and when I got to the store to pick up I was waiting for over 5 mins at the register without getting any help. At least over 5 workers were there and they would just look at me but one one would come help me . Shortly after one of the drivers walked in and I asked him if I can get someone to help me he was very rude and told me I had to continue waiting after I told him I was already waiting for a long time and that no one would come o the register and help me . I told him I ordered online and that I received a text saying my food was ready . He still told me to wait and that nothing guaranteed that my food would be ready . I asked him once again if I can just get someone to help me and check he said no until I asked to speak with a manger he helped me himself and gave me my order that had been ready . The store has really bad customer service . I will not come to this location again . I would rate it a 0 but it doesn't allow me too !
