I sat there for 20-25 minutes at the bar and was never acknowledged. It was not busy. Had to leave for a flight before anyone acknowledged me. Customer service is worse than the last time

Sat and the bar for 20-25 minutes and was not acknowledged. The staff were not busy but seemed disinterested in talking with the customers. I did not think I would receive acknowledgement or service regardless of how long I waited so I left hungry to catch my flight.

Oh boy....could you find a ruder bartender? David had to be the rudest, least engaged bartender I have had tge displeasure to meet in years. Do better Ducks....especially if you are going to keep your name on this place. Sad.

It's always a stopping point when flying out of SNA. They have a full service bar, but also, their food is great. Try the fries.

Holy smokes, the food is awful here. I stopped here before my flight to grab some breakfast. I think I would have been better off going hungry. I ordered the Steel Cut Oatmeal and a coffee.The oatmeal was served as a watery mess and ice cold. I ended up just eating the fruit and not messing with anything else because it was so off-putting.The coffee was served nice and hot but was unbelievably weak. Also want to note that the cream served with it is the pre-packaged stuff.

Don't bother asking for anything special with your order. Asked for no jalapenos in the quesadilla and for steak. Got chicken quesadilla with jalapenos. I wanted to return it, but I'd rather not eat spit. Also asked the bartender (Shane) for water that he forgot and he had the audacity to look annoyed that I reminded him. He never checked up on us either. Got also annoyed I pointed out in the receipt we were charged for steak but received chicken. Just get a drink at the bar next to the TSA check point and food from carls jr.

The waiter was exceptional. Martini specialized request made to please. The wings are *sigma*.Dietary restrictions: Made sure I could eat it as I am allergic to tomatoes.

Awful. Hospital food at best. Nothing good about the fajitas. The steak was stale, even the veggies had a bad taste to them. Way overpriced for portions/quality. $14 for about 4oz of a bloody mary. Do not come. Do not come. Do not come.

The price was way too much for the quality of the food. The food wasn’t good at all. The burgers taste dry & are chewy. Our salad had hairs in it. You have to order and pay on your phone & the website is hard to use. You can’t split the checks either. Not a good

I was waiting to board my flight at gate 19 which is right next to the restaurant. Previously I purchased a meal from McDonalds and could not find seating by the gate because the flight was full. I walked around to the Ducks Breakaway area to eat as there were plenty of seats available. After I sat down with my food I was confronted by a woman who seemed to be a manager asking if I wanted a menu. "No ma'am" was my response. Then she stated, "You know this is a dine in restaurant only?" I began to answer "No I didn't" but she began to walk away quickly. "Do I need to move?" I asked. She stopped and turned to say, "No, but if we get busy, we are going to move you." I proceeded to gather my things and leave anyway.This situation was an honest misunderstanding. I would have been happy to move for her if she would have simply asked. A little politeness would have been greatly appreciated instead of the condescending additude. I understand you have a business to run, but please be polite to people even if they are not your customers.

Server was nice. But this place does not know how to make mojitos, was very watered down and had no flavor airport drinks are already expensive enough so I would like to expect a somewhat tasting drink when spending a decent amount of money.

Had the worst lemon drop ever. I should have know the bartender had no idea how to make a drink when I asked for something with lemonade and she suggested a lemon vodka and soda so a lemon drop is pretty easy and pretty sweet but it tasted like vodka and soda!! Just like she said and apparently the only thing she knows. Do t expect to order anything other than a mixed drink (vodka and oj or rum and coke)!!! Worst spent $20 of my life!!
