'I recently had an experience with Duke's Hamburgers that didn't quite meet my expectations, mainly due to issues with customer service communication. Hopefully, they can work on improving their responsiveness to customers. Also way over priced, i paid 18 dolars for the avocado cheesburger

We came here for dinner and ordered the avocado burger and fries with no salt. The place was not very busy inside and a few cars in the drive-thru. The cashier was friendly but did misunderstand our order a little. However she did correct the order quickly and it was not an issue in the end so their customer service was good. The burgers are very thin and a little overcooked for me but my hubby likes it. They have shredded lettuce and lots of sauce in it and the flavor was there with the sauce and tomatoes and such. He did enjoy his burger. The fries only come in one size and they were thicker fries and were cooked just right, not too soft or overcooked. I appreciate that they offered milk as well as a drink choice and not just soda. They have a large seating area and their own parking lot, but they are at a busy intersection. They have a ton of options on their menu. Their prices are reasonable for their portion sizes. The place was pretty outdated inside but cleanish and it was quiet as not many people were inside. We did enjoy it here and we will return, I wish they did serve breakfast all day though as I am a breakfast anytime person. But I'll definitely try something different when we come back. I did mark down a star as we did have to ask them to fix our order and refund us the extra item and to wipe down a table. And their burger patty was a bit burnt on the edges and overcooked.

Childhood nostalgia! Dukes has been and always will be a core memory for me! The burgers are always exceptional, the quality, taste and quantity will never compare to any other burger spot in my opinion. The staff is always kind and helpful. The establishment is clean and kept up to par. Their Onion rings will always reign supreme over any joint in Orang County, they are super crunchy, well done and flavorful! You want a bang for your buck with incredible flavor, Dukes is your place!

Went through the drive thru for lunch. Ordered their bacon cheeseburger combo.
Burger was cooked well and neatly wrapped. Fries had a nice cook to them and lightly salted.
It's been a while since I've had their burgers, but it tasted as good as I remember. Giving 4 stars since the meat patty was a little thinner than I remember it being.
Hands down, the best food and service in town! Will be back every time I visit!

I’ve been coming here with my family since I was a little girl. They’re food is always delicious, the staff is always friendly, and I’ll continue to come for years to come.
The breakfast burritos are a staple! My mom loves their teriyaki and my dad finally ventured into the burrito world, he usually orders the steak breakfast plate. Hehe All of their food is fresh and definitely worth the try!
