Asked for “less ice” and it’s like if I asked for “extra ice”. I just paid almost $5 for a cup of ice with a side of a berry burst. When we told the cashier we asked for less ice, they said if they remove the ice there would be less product when they could’ve just done less ice before they handed me the drink….

Kid-friendliness: My sons first time enjoyed every donut with the exception of not letting him use the restroom and the inconvenience of running to target being on a time schedule due to burying my mother nlaw that day

There is one rude employee! Washroom does not show it is employee only and door was wide open but employee yelled and made a scene when paying customers went to use the bathroom. Either have it blocked off or clear signage since coffee shops should have accessible washrooms. Poor service from that employee and they should be ashamed!

First time trying Dunkin, and the blender is down. How in the world do you sell cold blend coffee with one blender and don't have a backup one ?
Nice Dunkin'. Nice people. The place is clean . NJ outdoor seating. Free parking lot. My second time here. Target ? is next door.
