Sticky and gooey kiosks. I don't know what they use to clean the kiosk or if it was ever cleaned recently. As soon as I touched it it. It felt sticky and gooey my hand was literally making that sound when you take it away from a piece of tape. Definitely had to wash my hands right after touching it. I wasn't going to eat my donuts after touching that thing that's for sure.

The store opens at 5:00 am, I arrive with my wife to eat some breakfast and the person who attends us tells us that we can’t come by until after 6:00 am and that if we can please leave. Why then do they say it opens at 5:00 am????

Stopped by Dunkin’ around 5:30 PM and had poor drive-thru service. The employee forgot to give me a straw, closed the window quickly, and didn’t say thank you or acknowledge me at all. When her coworker noticed and pointed it out, she reopened the window, handed me a straw without saying a word, and closed it again.

She also didn’t give me a receipt, so I don’t know her name can’t put her on blast. Everyone has bad days, but basic courtesy and customer service were completely missing. Her phone was more important.

Kali and Jocelyn gave me an amazing experience and outstanding customer service, they were quick and helpful with choosing a drink. I waited less than 5 minutes in the drive thru, usually on other occasions it takes forever with different staff. Great job ladies I love my drink and attitude :)

Ordered a chai, got a coffee drink instead. The hashbrowns taste like old dirty grill or oil or something. My husbands coffee drink is fine i guess, its what he ordered at least, but we wont come back.

For the past five weeks, I’ve been ordering breakfast for my team every Monday, and every time the food has been excellent! The breakfast sandwiches are always delicious, and the hashbrowns perfectly crispy.

Maria and Valeria have consistently gone above and beyond — opening at 5:00 AM and having my full order (12+ iced coffees included!) ready by 5:30 AM every week.

Thank you both for your reliability, speed, and great service. You guys are the best!

My husband went to go pick me up some breakfast to take to my work. He orders specifically a Hot vanilla cappuccino with whole milk (camera in car recorded it all). The person at the window hands him and Iced cappuccino with Mocha. My husband tells him it’s wrong and the manager told him they cannot change it that he has to stick with that drink. WTH?? When YOU ARE IN THE WRONG?? Worst service ever received. This goes to those on shift Friday August 15th at 8:15am. Maybe yall need to be retrained. Also yall burnt my bagel bites…

Went in almost 3:pm. There was hardly any donuts on display. Stood there for a good 15 minutes while two worker with headphones. Saw me but didn't wait on me. Finely said really loudly before I left. Without buying anything. I guess no one worker's here. I don't know why this place is still open?

I Had ordered two drinks one was missing the toppings and the other one came out too strong. I want to give Moises the recognition for giving such an amazing customer service. He fixed my drinks with 0 attitude, was respectful,Positive,Understanding and took the time to make sure I was happy with my drinks. I give him a 5 star rating for being a good employee.
