Do not pre-order any of the special promotional items. I ordered the valentine tin box, and when I went to pick it up, it was completely dented. When I asked if there was another, the gal smugly said that was how they came. It was a gift for a friend that I embarrassingly gave.

My experience today at this Dunkin’ Donuts was terrible.

First of all, the overall level of cleanliness was extremely concerning. It felt unsanitary. One of the employees - a red-haired girl - had very long hair that was constantly swinging back and forth while she was walking around and handling food and sandwiches. Watching her move between tasks and come into contact with food like that was honestly unpleasant.

A male employee (slightly heavyset) took my order. I ordered a hot cappuccino with oat milk and an iced cappuccino with regular milk. I waited about 10 minutes for my drinks while the staff were laughing and chatting. I received the first drink, but then had to continue waiting quite a while for the second one, while the employee was preparing other delivery orders instead of finishing mine.

When I asked if the drink was made with oat milk, he said no. I became understandably upset and asked him to remake it, explaining that I still had not received the correct drinks. After that, the staff’s behavior felt almost mocking. I mentioned that I was in a bit of a hurry, yet they began moving even slower - deliberately placing cups and lids down at an exaggerated pace.

I genuinely felt that this was intentional mistreatment, not just poor service or a misunderstanding. I do not recommend this location to anyone and strongly urge management to pay attention to the employees’ behavior and standards.

Sticky and gooey kiosks. I don't know what they use to clean the kiosk or if it was ever cleaned recently. As soon as I touched it it. It felt sticky and gooey my hand was literally making that sound when you take it away from a piece of tape. Definitely had to wash my hands right after touching it. I wasn't going to eat my donuts after touching that thing that's for sure.

The store opens at 5:00 am, I arrive with my wife to eat some breakfast and the person who attends us tells us that we can’t come by until after 6:00 am and that if we can please leave. Why then do they say it opens at 5:00 am????

Stopped by Dunkin’ around 5:30 PM and had poor drive-thru service. The employee forgot to give me a straw, closed the window quickly, and didn’t say thank you or acknowledge me at all. When her coworker noticed and pointed it out, she reopened the window, handed me a straw without saying a word, and closed it again.

She also didn’t give me a receipt, so I don’t know her name can’t put her on blast. Everyone has bad days, but basic courtesy and customer service were completely missing. Her phone was more important.

Kali and Jocelyn gave me an amazing experience and outstanding customer service, they were quick and helpful with choosing a drink. I waited less than 5 minutes in the drive thru, usually on other occasions it takes forever with different staff. Great job ladies I love my drink and attitude :)

For the past five weeks, I’ve been ordering breakfast for my team every Monday, and every time the food has been excellent! The breakfast sandwiches are always delicious, and the hashbrowns perfectly crispy.

Maria and Valeria have consistently gone above and beyond — opening at 5:00 AM and having my full order (12+ iced coffees included!) ready by 5:30 AM every week.
