Change their prices, don't change them on their menus and don't tell you until you question the price being charged. And they give you attitude when you ask and it took a long time to get the food even though it was not busy when we

Good food overall, some days the attitude of the waitresses could improve a little.

They forgot to place the order for our food and instead of apologizing they behaved with attitude.

Really bad service. Called in a phone order they said it will be ready in 30 minutes. Get there in 30 minutes and have currently been waiting 20 minutes for the food to be ready. "it's almost ready" they have said for the past 20 minutes.

I’ve been coming to this place for over 10 years. I went again yesterday and I can’t believe the quality of their food now. They seem to be cutting cost or something but the cheese in there pupusas wasn’t even real cheese( sooo greasy, chunky and runny)and there tamales normally melt in your mouth but not anymore tasted like still not cooked all the way, dry and so thick. What a disappointment. Don’t waste your money not the same what they use to be. I spent 50 bucks to throw food away.

We were a party of 7, we all ordered pupusas and ordered 2 or 3 of the revueltas, queso con loroc, frijoles & queso, y de camarón. Well they bring them all on one plate, they pointed out which ones were of each, but they had them wrong & mixed up, seriously could have divided them in 2 or 3 plates. Most of us got at least 1 that we didn't order, so too late to exchange with each other after tearing into them. We also asked for a Salvadoran beer & the waitress just said we don't sell those anymore, just coronas, but still shows up on the menu. Don't see myself going back, pupusas were ok not the best, will stick to LA for pupusas. Oh and it's CASH ONLY

The attention is terrible, they do not accept paying with cards and I also left a pair of sunglasses ? on a table from which I moved to another and the glasses were lost or stolen but the truth is that I left there without them.. The most expensive pupusas in life??
