Expensive, bad service, the French horn tacos look like a French horn smoothie with horrible fat, nothing to do with previous years, no flavor, no shame in charging so expensive for something horrible, now not even people go there like before. The tacos from the lunchboxes are tastier.

Terrible service from the supervisor She answers reluctantly, I wanted to ask about the menu, she was eating and it seems like I interrupted her, but it was a quick question. She seemed upset and answered in a very despotic manner, shame about the Service on her part because the food is very good.

First time I entered this place and the experience was surprising, I interacted with 5 different workers and their customer service is A1….the place looks impeccable, the food is good that you really want to return…..the manager named Yanilla is charming and very Friendly, always with a smile on his face, he is ready to attend to your concerns. It is definitely a place to which I will return and I am sure that in its type of business, this place has the 3 Bs of good, nice and cheap, providing an A1 service.
Kid-friendliness: The place is spacious and safe for children, there is nothing that could cause an accident due to the mischief of a child.
Wheelchair accessibility: It has a ramp to have direct access to the premises

El gallo giro restaurants have been in business for decades and I've been to a few of them through out So CA. They're all the same concept of a typical mexican fast food restaurant. I gave this one 3 stars because there are not enough chairs and tables to sit down to eat, it was very crowded when I went to eat dinner and THEY ONLY HAVE ONE RESTROOM FOR THE WHOLE RESTAURANT. There is no separate restrooms for men, woman and family causing a big line and wait period to use it. I don't think I'll be back. Food was ok like always.
