We recently held our wedding reception at Indio and it was beyond PERFECT ?? I had a group of around 40 people and we were seated at the outside patio. The ambiance was 10/10 (Saturdays they have a Dj), the service was 10/10, and the food was 10/10. I can’t say enough good things about Indio and the management. The pricing was more than reasonable and I would absolutely recommend this restaurant for large group events, we had so much fun!

Best place in Downtown Santa Ana to have a good time Bartenders are friendly , respectful drinks are really good , DJ plays nothing but the best Mexican throwbacks growing up to whatever is in at the moment feels like your 5 years old at a party then boom your back playing your jams vibes are always good

The music is always good here. We enjoyed the tacos and the drinks as well for day of the dead event in downtown Santa Ana. Great for groups and to meet up with friends.

I'm really bummed, I used to really like this place. I ordered a mulita de barbacoa that, on the description, says corn tortillas. They brought me a quesadilla. They tried to gaslight me, saying that what mulitas are. Instead of lying to me, they should've just owned up and said they made a mistake. I did get a refund, but it just felt so ugly yo be lied to.

It’s always nice to to find a good restaurant while you travel and go in just by looking at google map and rating and it happens to be a lovely place with kind people and positive vibe. El Botanas was such a place. We had a lovely dinner. When visiting Santa Ana, I would love to stop by again.

Great place, great food, great drinks, all the DJ's here have been cool except for that chick that plays Sundays kinda stuck up and plays the music wayyyy too loud to make conversation and enjoy our drinks, freaking bartender couldn't even hear me.

Went on a Thursday at 9 pm and it was dead but the band was setting up! Ordered botanas, was looking for artesian beers (Colimita, etc) but they only had the standard. recommend the tinga! People trickled in and the band played alternative Spanish rock which I loved! Had a great time, small, quaint!

Si no conoces El Indio , no conoces Santa Ana . This is one of my favorite downtown bars ... Their food , drinks , music & employees i love them all . Rosie is the sweetest and makes great drinks . This is the best place to go party with your friends , cute date place with your boo or if you're like me that goes even on a weekday this is THE PLACE to be at !

Came here for taco Tuesday and this place has some delicious barbacoa tacos! Their margaritas are good too. Cool vibe with loteria ceramics randomly around. Service here is good. Definitely recommend. I plan on coming back
